Abstract

The risk of the high-strength concrete is in line with the increase of temperature, especially for concrete slab where the surface exposure is relatively wider than beams or columns. The effort to overcome the problem has been carried out, amongst other is to cover with blanket namely fire proofing. This research is to conduct the characteristics of concrete slabs under fire exposure. Eight samples were cast with concrete having compressive strength of 52,68 MPa and were reinforced with high-strength steel having yield stress of 600 MPa. The samples which were of 60 mm thick, 600 mm wide and 1200 mm long, were equipped with reinforcement at 10 mm deep. Eight of samples were grouped into 2 samples each to represent 4 group. Each group represents the reference (type I), the ones with thicker concrete cover (type II), the ones with additional mortar cover (type III), and the ones with fire proofing product (type IV).  Fire tests were conducted through all groups. and the test procedure follows the ASTM E119-88.  The fire exposure was done in 30 minutes and the equivalent live load of 345 kg/m² was provided during the fire tests. Three thermocouples were also employed at different levels of depth of concrete to monitor the heat transfer in the high strength concrete and one thermocouple was used for monitoring furnace temperature. The experiment shows that the application of fire proofing product is much more efficient in reducing heat of concrete surfases. The reductions of temperature for slab type II, III, and IV are of 56,44%, 68,145%, and 85,14%. respectively. Crack spreads more evenly in the slab of  type I and II. Explosive spalling happens more at the reference slab in comparison to the slab with thicker concrete cover. Abstract

ABSTRAK Wilayah di perairan Indonesia banyak yang mengalami genangan akibat kenaikan muka air laut, salah satunya adalah Pantai di desa Randusanga Kulon. Pantai di desa Randusanga Kulon terdapat salah satu tempat rekreasi dan daerah tambak. Daerah rekreasi dan tambak ini terletak di tepian muara Sungai yang berbatasan langsung dengan laut, daerah permukiman penduduk juga jaraknya Cuma 3 km dari tepi laut, sehingga ketika di laut terjadi pasang, maka daerah rekreasi, tambak dan permukiman penduduk ini mengalami banjir rob. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebab dan dampak yang diakibatkan banjir rob yang pernah terjadi di desa Randusangan Kulon Kecamatan Brebes Kabupaten Brebes pada tahun 2022. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengolah data meliputi metode Formzahl, metode Admiralty. Hasil perhitungan dengan metode admiralty didapatkan Laut Brebes memiliki tipe pasang surut harian Campuran Condong ke Harian Ganda (Mixed Semi – Diurnal), dengan nilai formzhal sebesar 0,9948. Nilai HHWL dihitung untuk menentukan prediksi kenaikan muka air laut yang didapatkan dari perhitungan menggunakan metode Admiralty adalah 47 cm. Dan menggunakan data SLR akibat pemanasan global sebesar 30 cm. Luas lahan 177.000 ha dengan presentase masing-masing kelas, yaitu: Pesisir Pantai 1,72%; Semak Belukar 2,26%; Hutan 6,79%; Alang 0,61%; Perkebunan 37,45%; ladang 6,49%; sawah 39,89%; Pemukiman 4,78%. Berdasarkan tinggi elevasi, wilayah penelitian mempunyai ketinggian 0-200 mdpl seluas 119.431,67 ha yang merupakan kategori rendah. Berdasarkan Kemiringan lereng pesisir Brebes memiliki nilai luasan tertinggi adalah 0- 8% relief datar seluas 97.355,14 ha. Genangan rob pada tahun 2022 seluas 3.787 ha. Abstract

In building construction management, priority is given to ensuring the creation of buildings that are functional, authentic, balanced, harmonious and in harmony with the environment, as well as being carried out in an orderly manner and with legal certainty in building management. This is stated in Law Number 28 of 2002 concerning Building Construction. Article 7 paragraph (1) states that every building must meet administrative and technical requirements in accordance with the function of the building. Administrative and technical order can be proven by the existence of a Building Permit (IMB) which has now been changed to a Building Permit (PBG) as regulated in Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation and Government Regulation Number 16 of 2021. In the PBG process, the Regional Government supervision carries out a consultation process together with the Professional Expert Team (TPA) at each stage until the issuance of the PBG

Abstract

This study discusses the evaluation of legal practice in the context of modern state administrative systems. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and relevance of applied legal practices in carrying out administrative tasks in the modern era. Research methods used include analysis of legal documents, case studies, and reviews of related literature. The findings of this study provide in-depth insight into how law plays a role in regulating and supervising state administrative activities, as well as the implications of such evaluations on the improvement of the overall state administrative system. The results of the analysis also identify the main challenges and innovations needed in dealing with complex dynamics in the modern state administrative environment. In conclusion, the evaluation of legal practice in the modern state administration system is an important step to ensure effective, transparent, and compliant governance with the principles of law and justice in serving the public interest.
