Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah kegiatan yang mencangkup upaya-upaya peningkatan kualitas pengetahuan antara lain dalam hal peluasan wawasan tentang kejahatan cyber. Remaja seringkali kurang memahami dampak dan risiko dari kejahatan siber, baik bagi diri sendiri maupun orang lain, sehingga perlu diberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang benar tentang hal tersebut . Sehingga siswa/i SMK Negeri 8 Kabupaten Tangerang perlu keterampilan dan sikap yang positif dalam menghadapi kejahatan siber, seperti cara mencegah, mengantisipasi, melaporkan, dan menyelesaikan masalah yang timbul akibat kejahatan cyber. Pengabdian masyarakat di SMK Negri 8 Kabupaten Tangerang ini di harapkan untuk berbagai aspek yang berkaitan dengan keamanan cyber di lingkungan sekolah. seperti peretasan akun, penyebaran konten berbahaya, atau pencurian data pribadi. Selain itu, kita juga akan membahas bagaimana kejahatan cyber dapat memengaruhi belajar dan pengajaran, serta bagaimana mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Selain melindungi siswa dari serangan cyber, penting juga untuk memberdayakan mereka dengan pengetahuan tentang cara berperilaku aman dan etika dalam penggunaan teknologi.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is gaining increasing popularity in household applications, promising to enhance efficiency and comfort in daily life. This article discusses AI optimization strategies in the home environment with a focus on improving efficiency. This research proposes a novel method that combines machine learning and cloud computing to improve the accuracy and efficiency of AI tasks in households. Research results demonstrate a significant reduction in the time and resources required to complete these tasks.

Abstract

Employee engagement and talent management methods' impact on Perumda Tirta Kahuripan Bogor Regency's retention rates is the primary research objective of this study. The high turnover rate is the company's biggest issue since it threatens the long-term viability of the business. The study team at Perumda Tirta Kahuripan used a quantitative approach by surveying 70 workers to gather data. Both basic and multivariate linear regression were used to evaluate the data. The findings demonstrated that talent management and employee engagement both contribute to a more loyal workforce and boost retention rates. According to the modified R-squared value of 58.7%, the effect on employee retention can be explained by 58.7% by combining the factors of talent management and employee engagement. The remaining portion is impacted by variables that were not included in this research. In order to keep a competent staff and loyal customers, these results show that talent management and enhanced employee engagement are crucial.

Abstract

The student savings program in elementary schools plays an important role in fostering early financial management habits. However, manual recording methods often cause problems such as delays, errors, and limited transparency for parents. This study aims to develop a prototype of a web-based student savings management system equipped with real-time notifications to improve efficiency and transparency. The research employed the prototype method, including needs identification, design, implementation, and testing. The system was built using PHP and MySQL, supported by the Telegram Bot API to deliver transaction notifications to parents. Black box testing confirmed that all functions operated correctly. Furthermore, a questionnaire distributed to 20 respondents resulted in an average score of 80% for the appearance variable and 80.4% for the effectiveness variable, both categorized as “Very Good.” These findings demonstrate that the proposed system successfully enhances the speed, accuracy, and transparency of savings management while providing convenience for parents to monitor student transactions in real time.
