Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi perkembangan program pembelajaran literasi berbasis andragogi dengan model pembelajaran inovatif yang pelaksanaannya masih konvensional dan belum berhasil dalam meningkatkan kemandirian usaha, sehingga berdampak pada proses pembelajaran yang kurang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan model pembelajaran inovatif untuk meningkatkan kemandirian usaha pada kelompok belajar literasi Pemuda Muhammadiyah Kota Parepare. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan, pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan desain kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol pre-test dan post-test. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) model pembelajaran inovatif dilakukan berdasarkan kajian empiris dan teoretis, serta memberikan masukan yang signifikan untuk bukti kelayakan model pembelajaran inovatif berdasarkan hasil analisis berbagai stakeholders, sehingga model tersebut implementatif; 2) hasil implementasi model pembelajaran inovatif dengan uji model tahap I sampai tahap II menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemandirian usaha, model, dan teknik pembelajaran. Model inovatif diterapkan pada warga belajar sehingga efektif meningkatkan kemandirian usaha, meningkatkan antusiasme literasi digital, menciptakan kerja sama, mampu memecahkan masalah, serta dapat meningkatkan kemandirian usaha. Warga belajar sudah aktif mencari berbagai informasi serta berpikir kritis dan kreatif. Sebagai kesimpulan, pelaksanaan model pembelajaran inovatif pada warga belajar sudah efektif. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan kemandirian usaha. Terdapat perbedaanyang signifikan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test, kelompok kontrol, dan kelompok eksperimen. Abstract: This research is motivated by the development of literacy learning programs with innovative learning models, where the implementation is felt to be still conventional, not yet effective in increasing business independence, so that the impact on the learning process is less effective. This study aims to determine the development of innovative learning models to increase business independence in the literacy learning group of Muhammadiyah Youth in Parepare City. This study uses development research methods, qualitative, and quantitative approaches to the design of the experimental group and the pre-test and post-test control groups. Data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The results obtained from this study indicate that: 1) innovative learning models are carried out based on empirical and theoretical studies and provide significant input to provide evidence of the feasibility of innovative learning models based on the results of the analysis of various stakeholders, so that the model is implementable; 2) the results of the implementation of the innovative learning model with the phase I to phase II model test showed an increase in business independence,  models, and learning techniques. Innovative models are applied to learning residents so that they are effective in increasing business independence, as well as increasing enthusiasm for digital literacy, creating collaboration, being able to solve problems, and increasing business independence, and innovative learning models. The learning community has been actively seeking various information and thinking critically and creatively. In conclusion, the implementation of innovative learning models for learning citizens has been effective. This is indicated by an increase in business independence where there is a signifi cant difference between the results of the pre-test and post-test, the control group, and the experimental group.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the Quality of Work Life System at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia in ParepareCity. The research conducted focuses on the implementation of quality of work-life system at PT Bank BNI Syariah Parepare City, where the bank here responds to employee needs by developing mechanisms to allow employees to give full contributions or participate in making decisions and managing their work life in the bank. The data analysis technique used is to reduce data, and present data to conclude. The results showed that the creation of quality of work life at Bank Syariah Indonesia Branch ofParepare included employee participation, compensation, job security, management ability to resolve conflicts, career development opportunities, employee pride in work, and adequate work environment facilities. When the quality of the work-life flow chart can be realized, it will have an impact on employee performance so that it can improve the quality of work.
