Abstract

Creativity is a factor that supports a person in entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurship should be able to increase the cognitive adaptation that has the ability to think creatively to create new ideas or solutions to solve problems and find opportunities. Students who take the course as an aspiring entrepreneurEntrepreneurship, creativity needs to be built to be able to practice how entrepreneurship. One of the efforts to develop the ability to think creatively in teaching Entrepreneurship performed using the method of group brainstormingmethod to get various ideas and new solutions. The research of brainstorming method is using experimental design. This research applied to the Department of Management students who take courses in Entrepreneurship odd semester2013/2014. The results showed that there was a significant increase in student creativity after getting treatment method of brainstorming, but there is no difference in the development of student creativity in the group treated with the method ofbrainstorming untreated group (traditional method).Key words: Creativity, brainstorming

Abstract

The economy of a country is supported by the role and contribution of entrepreneurs. They are the driving force for economic growth and one of them is contribution by family business. Even in some developed countries, family companies are the main source of their economy. However, internal management often creates conflicts, which can have a positive and negative impact. This will certainly affect the growth of the family company business. Therefore, good conflict management is needed to resolve conflicts. The role of family business stakeholders must be able to act and play a professional role. In this company, the root of the conflict is the inconsistency of communication between stakeholders in the company, thus triggering mismanagement and hampering the development of the company. Abstract

Bisnis keluarga memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, khususnya di Indonesia. Meskipun sering kali berawal dari skala kecil, bisnis keluarga menyimpan potensi besar untuk berkembang dan bertahan lintas generasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak praktik manajemen keuangan terhadap pertumbuhan bisnis keluarga di sektor pelayaran, dengan menitikberatkan pada profitabilitas, stabilitas arus kas, perencanaan suksesi, transparansi, dan pengelolaan risiko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen keuangan yang terstruktur secara signifikan meningkatkan profitabilitas, menjaga stabilitas arus kas, dan mengurangi ketergantungan pada pembiayaan eksternal. Selain itu, transparansi dalam praktik keuangan memperkuat kepercayaan di antara anggota keluarga dan memfasilitasi proses transisi kepemimpinan lintas generasi. Strategi keuangan yang adaptif juga mendukung ketahanan dan keberlanjutan bisnis dalam menghadapi dinamika industri.

Abstract

Skincare is a crucial element in the beauty industry. Beauty continues to evolve and has become essential, especially for women who want to look attractive, leading to the expanding global skincare industry, including in Indonesia. Herbal skincare with diverse service products and significant capital requires strategic planning. The Strategic Business Plan for Achieving Goals in Current Competition aims to develop a strategic business plan for Vaza Skincare Herbal Cosmetics Galactomyces. The research method involves descriptive analysis using a qualitative approach in processing primary and secondary data. Decision-making uses SWOT analysis, Internal Factor Analysis Strategy (IFAS), and External Factor Analysis Strategy (EFAS). The research results in a strategic business plan design for Vaza Skincare Herbal Cosmetics Galactomyces. Currently, Vaza Skincare Herbal Cosmetics Galactomyces only holds and maintains Cell V, with recommended strategies being market penetration and product development. Marketing strategies should be developed to increase purchases of Galactomyces herbal cosmetics and expand market share through mass communication such as informative advertising, persuasive advertising, reminder advertising, and reinforcement advertising. Another strategy is implementing digital communication through display, likes, comments, sharing, and satisfaction scores on Google Reviews to involve all managers and employees in the success of implementing the strategic plan for Vaza Skincare Herbal Cosmetics Galactomyces by ensuring strong commitment
