Abstract

Optimalisasi berasal dari kata optimal yang mempunyai makna terbaik atau tertinggi. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa optimalisasi adalah proses mengoptimalkan sesuatu menjadi paling baik atau paling tinggi. Dengan ini diharapkan bahwa ketika peraturan pokok kepegawaian PCM Kramat Jati telah dioptimalisasi, hal-hal terkait hak dan kewajiban karyawan dapat terpenuhi dengan semestinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah melakukan kerjasama dengan mitra kami yaitu PCM Kramat Jati yang akan dibantu untuk disosialisasikan dan dipaparkan kepada setiap pegawai PCM Kramat Jati, agar kesatuan visi dan misi penerapan peraturan pokok-pokok kepegawaian dapat terwujud dan tercipta kepastian hukum, serta mencegah terjadinya peraturan atau keputusan yang ambigu dan menimbulkan kebingungan pada pegawai. Hasil dari PKM ini adalah terjaminnya kesejahteraan pegawai di PCM Kramat Jati, Serta di publikasikan nya kegiatan kami dalam media online nasional maupun media online local.

Abstract

A corporation is often followed by violations or even unlawful acts, including violations of criminal law. Corporate crime can also be categorized as an organized transnational crime. At this time corporations as legal subjects can be subject to criminal charges. By accommodating the position of corporations as subjects of general criminal law, corporations can be considered as perpetrators of criminal acts like humans as legal subjects. Unlike before, where the position of the corporation as a subject of criminal law is only accommodated by laws outside the Criminal Code which regulates certain offenses. The regulation outside of the Criminal Code makes the regulation of corporations a subject of criminal law and their criminal liability differs from one regulation to another. With the regulation in the R-KUHP, of course, it will also make uniform regulations regarding corporations as a subject of criminal law, so that there is no difference. However, the regulation of corporations as a subject of criminal law, the current R-KUHP concept is still considered to have shortcomings, because it uses the identification doctrine as the basis for criminal liability

Abstract

Marriage is one of the sacred covenants of a man with a woman to form a happy family. Marriage is a sacred thing because marriage is the beginning of building a household. In Indonesia, marriage has been regulated in Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. prove that marriage is important in society. Everyone who wants to get married must meet the requirements that have been determined by law such as age limit the marriage must be of the same religion and the marriage is recorded. The goal is that every marriage does not violate applicable norms and is also administratively orderly. The formulation of the problem: 1). What are the legal consequences of underhanded marriage? And what is the basis for the consideration of the Panel of Judges in deciding case number 40/Pdt.P/2018/PA.Wsb? The research method of this thesis is normative juridical, meaning that the issues raised, discussed and described in this research is focused on applying the rules or norms in positive law. In this study, the legal consequences of underhanded marriages, even though they are considered valid in religion or belief, are marriages conducted outside the knowledge and supervision of the marriage registrar, and do not have permanent legal force and are considered invalid in the eyes of state law. The legal consequences of marriage, one of which results when children enter school age when registered, every educational institution always requires the registrant (children's parents) one of which is a birth certificate. The requirement to make a child's birth certificate is a marriage book and the person who has a marriage book is the person who when holding the marriage contract registers his marriage.

Abstract

In the event of a divorce between husband and wife, legally their relationship is broken as husband and wife. But on the contrary, regarding the legal relationship with their children, even though they are divorced, it means that the parents still have rights and obligations towards the abandoned child. The impact of divorce does not only occur in the present, but also affects the lives of children in the future. Children as the nation's buds are the next generation in the development of the nation and state. Children cannot stand alone, it is necessary to make efforts for child welfare so that they can grow and develop properly both spiritually, physically and socially. In the example of the DKI Jakarta High Court Decision Number 450/PDT/2019/PT DKI, Sentencing that the parents (father) provide living expenses/maintenance (alimentation) and education costs for a child named Bennedict Dayton Lim in the amount of Rp. 8,000,000.00 (eight million). rupiah) per month until the child is an adult, which is given through the Appellant/originally the Plaintiff no later than the 5th day of the month..
