Abstract

Until now, in Indonesia itself it is still dominated by conventional banks, this indicates that people prefer to use conventional bank products. Literacy, promotion and religiosity are factors that can influence people's decision-making behavior. Among all the factors mentioned, each has quite diverse views and assessments. This research aims to analyze the influence of literacy, promotion and religiosity on people's decisions to use sharia banking products. This type of research is field research with a quantitative approach. The data used are primary and secondary data. The population in this study was 3,489 people with a sampling technique, namely random sampling technique and sample determination using the Taro Yamane formula for 100 respondents. With data analysis techniques using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests and hypothesis tests. Data processed using the SPSS version 25.0 application. The results of this research show that literacy has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions in West Mendo District, Bangka Regency with tcount (3.775) > t- table (1.66055), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted with a significance value of (0.000). Promotion also has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions in West Mendo District, Bangka Regency with tcount (2.718) > t-table (1.66055), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted with a significance value of (0.008). Religiosity also has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions in West Mendo District, Bangka Regency with a t-count of 2.406 > t-table (1.66055), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted with a significance value of (0.018). Simultaneously Literacy and Promotion have a significant effect on customer decisions with the Fcount value (67.334) > F-table value (2.70), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted or if you see a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05.

Abstract

The development of Islamic finance in Indonesia has increased significantly, many akad-akad that has been applied to sharia banking. Islamic banks in their activities not only perform commercial activities that generate profits, but also Islamic banks are mandated to mensjahterkan ummah. Financing is one solution that can prosper the ummah, financing is taawun is financing by using qardh contract is the activity of channeling funds without any reward, but the customer must refund the funds. With the financing innovation by using qardh contract issued by Fatwa DSN-MUI Number: 79 / DSN-MUI / III / 2011 on qardh by using customer's fund, bank is given the flexibility to use customer's fund using qardh contract, for qardh is a product of demand deposits, savings or deposits using wadi'ah or mudharabah contracts. Qardh by using customer funds may be made as long as it does not deviate from the provisions of the fatwa and applicable Law, with the application of qardh funds Sharia Bank can slowly assist economic equity and economic prosperity.

Abstract

Pasar modal syariah merupakan pasar modal yang tidak bertentangan dengan prinsip syariah di pasar modal. Adapun peran dari pasar modal syariah adalah menjadi sumber pendanaan bagi Perusahaan dan sarana investasi yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Pasar modal syariah bersifat universal, dapat dimanfaatkan oleh siapapun tanpa melihat latar belakang suku, agama, ras tertentu, perbedaan pasar modal syariah dan konvensional secara umum, pasar modal syariah merupakan bagian dari industri dari pasar modal syariah yang ada di Indonesia. Secara umum kegiatan pasar modal syariah sejalan dengan pasar modal konvensional. Namun demikian, terdapat beberapa karakteristik khusus pasar modal syariah yaitu bahwa produk, mekanisme transaksi, dan pengawasan tidak boleh bertentangan dengan prinsip syariah Kata Kunci: Pasar Modal Syariah, Prinsip Syariah
