Abstract

Penentuan rencana pembangunan seperti pembangunan pada suatu daerah selalu dilakukan dengan melakuan musyawarah perencanaan pembangunan (Musrenbang). Dalam musrenbang selain merencanakan pembangunan, juga melakukan penetuan prioritas pembangunan yang akan dilaksanakan. Lima tingkat prioritas pembangunan yaitu terkait lemah, kurang terkait, cukup terkait, terkait tinggi, dan terkait sangat tinggi. Untuk menentukan tingkat prioritas, maka digunakan metodemetode tertentu, salah satunya adalah multiple criteria utility assessment (MCUA). Masalah yang sering timbul adalah lemahnya dalam pengarsipan hasil penilaian prioritas pembanguan hasil dari musrenbang. Ini mengakibatkan sulitnya dalam pengolahan data untuk pembuatan laporan. Selain itu, akibat dari lemahnya pengarsipan juga mengakibatkan keterlambatan pembuatan laporan yang harus diperlukan segera serta hasil yang akurat. Untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan, menentukan prioritas pembangunan diterapkan suatu metode yaitu metode Multiple Criteria Utility Assessment dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi sebagai alat pemprosesnya

Abstract

This paper aims to describe a development of teleobservation medic module. Thismodule is a module that was developed in the development of telemedicine systems atMajalaya Regional General Hospital. Some of the reason why Majalaya RegionalGeneral Hospital develop telemedicine system, including the geographical areaMajalaya and desire to make hospital management Majalaya become one of hospitalsin the utilization of information technology (internet technology) in all its activities.Teleobservation medic assisting the physician in making observations on patients,especially patients who are in the ICU. Doctors can take immediate action againstpatients who are in critical condition, though at the time the doctor was no longer inMajalaya Regional General Hospital environment. Software developed from this resultsof this research, showing a display screen with two windows. One windows displays thepatient’s condition that reads information from the patien monitor. Another videowindows displays the patient’s physical condition in real times.

Abstract

Kawasan keselamatan operasional penerbangan berfungsi sebagai pengendali tinggi bangunan yang boleh didirikan di sekitar kawasan bandar udara bagi masyarakat disekitar bandar udara demi terwujud pengelolaan bandar udara yang memenuhi aspek safety, security and service. Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat maka proses penyusunan dan review hasil KKOP yang sebelumnya menggunakan proses manual, sekarang berkembang lebih baik menuju penggunaan teknologi informasi yang semakin mudah bagi masyarakat. Penggunaan Web Service dalam menghubungkan dua atau lebih platform berbeda dalam pengembangan sistem berbasis android saat ini sudah cukup dikenal oleh para praktisi teknologi informasi, berbagai platform dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan web service, penulis memilih penggunaan NodeJS dalam implementasi web service karena pertimbangan proses yang cepat dalam pengembangan sistem. Selama proses implementasi yang telah dilakukan penulis menggunakan metodologi evolutionary prototyping yang berbeda dengan model proses prototyping primitif yang sebelumnya digunakan, disertai dengan proses repetition testing hingga menemukan model protoype yang berjalan dengan baik serta memberi kenyamanan bagi pengguna.

Abstract

Transparansi proses penilaian kinerja pegawai, biasanya dapat memberikan efek positif untuk peningkatan motivasi kerja pegawai. Permasalahan yang muncul saat ini di Biro Perekonomian Propinsi Jawa Barat adalah proses penilaian yang rumit, artinya yang sering terjadi sekarang adalah umumnya pegawai yang mendapatkan promosi kenaikan jabatan hanya dilihat pada kriteria pertama saja. Sementara pegawai tersebut belum tentu unggul pada kriteria-kriteria lai.n Maka dari itu diperlukan suatu pendekatan dalam memutuskan promosi jabatan struktural, pendekatan yang digunakan disini adalah profile matching. Penerapan pendekatan profile matching diharapkan dapat membantu proses penilaian kinerja pegawai yang lebih objektif. Dengan menggunakan metode rapid application development, diterjemahkan proses profile matching dalam menentukan rekomendasi promosi jabatan struktural ke dalam suatu sistem pengambilan keputusan. Hasil akhir, sistem membantu pengambilan keputusan dalam mendapatkan penilaian pegawai yang terbaik. .

Abstract

Sistem temu balik informasi (STBI) adalah yang berhubungan dengan pengambilan informasi dari dokumen-dokumen yang didasarkan pada isi dan konteks dari dokumen-dokumen itu sendiri. Proses dalam SBTI dapat digambarkan sebagai sebuah proses untuk mendapatkan dokumen yang relevan dari sekumpulan dokumen melalui pencarian query yang diinputkan user. Parameter uji untuk menilai relevansi sebuah dokumen yang digunakan adalah precesion dan recall. Precision adalah parameter untuk menghitung nilai tingkat kepastian antara query dengan koleksi dokumen. Precision merupakan hasil dari perbandingan antara dokumen relevan dengan seluruh dokumen yang berhasil diambil oleh sistem. Recall adalah paameter untuk menghitung nilai tingkat kelengkapan antara query dengan dokumen koleksi. Recall merupakan hasil perbandingan antara dokumen relevan dengan dokumen relevan yang ada dalam seluruh dokumen koleksi. Untuk mendapatkan nilai similiarity dokumen, maka dalam prosesnya menggunakan model gravitasi newton. Model gravitasi newton merupakan representasi dari medan magnet yaitu medan magnet inverse kuadrat (1/x2) dan medan magnet eksponensial negatif (e-), yang mewakili versi continuous, dan fungsi pembobotan diskrit sebagai representasi dari versi disrit

Abstract

Agriculture is the largest sector in almost every developing country economy. This sector produces food for most of the population in the country. Some Indonesian people work as farmers who have an important role to ensure the availability of basic ingredients, namely rice from rice. However, the limited number of experts, namely Field Agricultural Extension Officers (PPL) results in limited counseling that will be obtained by farmers, because to overcome all the problems faced by farmers, it is constrained by time and the number of farmers who have problems with their crops. In this case, farmers find it difficult to deal with problems of pests and diseases that attack rice, therefore a tool or an expert application is needed that can help farmers to diagnose pests and diseases of rice in order to provide solutions to overcome them. In connection with that, this study aims to develop an application design of an expert system for diagnosing rice pests using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto algorithm which is a method for classifying objects based on the most similar data, and adding the Dempster Shafer algorithm as a comparison of the methods used to obtain data. maximum result validation. By using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto Algorithm, the author classifies similar objects, in this case the symptoms that often occur during the rice harvest season, then compares them with the Dempster Shafter Algorithm to obtain validation of diseases that occur in rice plants based on the classification of symptoms that have been mapped. . Furthermore, the system will provide the best decision to provide advice related to diseases experienced by rice plants so that farmers can immediately resolve them.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using social media in digital marketing learning on increasing knowledge of community pedagogical competence, especially PKK women, regarding information technology in Sekarwangi Village, Cibadak District, Sukabumi Regency. This research was conducted at the house of the citronella oil refinery in Sekarwangi Village, Cibadak District, Sukami Regency. The population of this study was 40 PKK women, with a sample size of 19 people, in determining the sample using the Slovin formula with an error tolerance of 5%. This research method approach is quantitative research with a correlation analysis design. The instruments used consist of the use of social media, digital marketing and pedagogical knowledge. The data collection technique uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire and is analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The research results show that there is a very significant positive influence between the variable use of social media for digital marketing learning on pedagogical competence with a low strength of relationship (r = 0,584 p<0.01). The existence of a positive relationship means that the higher the use of social media for digital marketing learning, the higher the pedagogical competence related to information technology. The theories used in this research are not yet extensive, it would be good in the future that scientific developments will enable the emergence of new theories that can explain the increase in pedagogical knowledge in the field of information technology, which can then provide different results in other research.

Abstract

In social control, society plays a crucial role in preventing crime and ensuring criminal justice. To explain the phenomenon of crime, there are three schools of thought in criminology: classical criminology, positivism, and critical criminology. Crime is viewed as a social problem that can be understood not only from a legal perspective but also through scientific study. Sanctions are a normative aspect of the social control system, and sociologically, they cannot be equated from one region to another. The potential for social control of crime can be achieved through problem-oriented policing and community policing by analyzing various aspects related to public satisfaction with the performance and quality of police services. The way society responds to various criminal acts can be studied from criminological and sociological perspectives, and the role of judges in dealing with offenders is essentially one form of social control by society.

Abstract

The accumulation of rubbish in temporary dumps in market areas poses a threat to the surrounding environment. The market waste that accumulates is in the form of organik and non-organik waste that comes from leftover market traders. Organik waste in the market has become waste because vegetables and fruit are no longer suitable for consumption. This research aims to make organik fertilizer that is environmentally friendly and provides food security for farmers on vegetable plantations. This research method uses a security-based eco-enzyme method for utilizing organik waste into organik fertilizer in the form of liquid. This research has found a way to make eco-enzyme organik fertilizer which was carried out for 1 month from the fermentation process to testing at the local laboratory. 904 kg of organik waste that has been sorted for 7 days has produced 50 liters of liquid organik fertilizer. This research has resulted in food security as community independence in providing organik fertilizer derived from organik vegetable and fruit waste. The increase in food security that has been produced in each green mustard harvest is 14%. So that the use of organic waste in the form of vegetables and fruit into environmentally friendly organic fertilizer, can preserve the local environment and reduce air pollution.

Abstract

White rat farming has an important role in scientific research and the pharmaceutical industry. However, promising to predict white rat populations each harvest cycle is often a challenge for breeders. This research aims to design and implement a prediction system for white rat production at Rasa Farm using a multiple regression forecasting algorithm. This method was chosen because it is able to analyze the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables in predicting white rat populations.This system was developed on a web basis to make it easier for breeders to upload data, analyze information and get population predictions automatically. The data used includes main factors such as the number of male and female broodstock, mortality rates, daily feed consumption, and environmental temperature. The test results show that the multiple regression algorithm is able to provide fairly accurate estimates with a low error rate (MAPE).This system is expected to help farmers in planning production, optimizing resources, and increasing efficiency in managing white rat farms. For further development, the integration of IoT technology and more complex machine learning methods can be applied to increase prediction accuracy.
