Abstract

The development of communication is able to change the form of communication in boarding school. The development of the communication of Pesantren into a theme that needs to be examined because of the uniqueness and cultural peculiarities that exist in the pesantren usually difficult to receive the presence of development and progress of communication media. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive with a historical and phenomenological approach by analyzing the progress of communication that occurred in the Islamic boarding school. The results of this study showed that the development of communication in Pondok Pesantren Darul Musyawarah is characterized by the development phase of human communication that is in the area of Pesantren is started from the development of communication through writing media, print media, contemporary telecommunications media, and online media as a means of communication and information Pesantren. The development of communication in Pondok Pesantren Darul Musyawarah not only occurs in internal boarding but the communication between personal and group communication both the surrounding community, government, and other outside networks.

Abstract

There is an interesting phenomenon that occurs in the Village of Tunahan, Keling, Jepara is a collaboration carried out by interfaith communities in building houses of worship. This phenomenon is very interesting to study using the point of view of Fiqh Sosial in accordance with the spirit of maqashid sharia and the benefit it carries in its methodology. This research is a qualitative research that leads to the study of a natural case that occurs in the community, namely the cooperation in the construction of places of worship between religions which is carried out alternately, the results of this research are carried out descriptively verification. From the results of the analysis carried out, this study produces several conclusions. First, the cooperation in building houses of worship between religions in Tunahan Village is a manifestation of human manifestation as social beings who have a natural need for each other. Second, in the concept of Fiqh Sosial, cooperation in the construction of places of worship between religions in Tunahan Village is a form of the implementation of human duties to prosper the earth which is oriented towards harmony and brotherhood so as to increase better religious activities. Third, seeing the many cases of religious intolerance that still occur in this country, religious harmony is one of the basic human needs (dharuriyyah) that must be realized through various actions.

Abstract

This research aims to explain how the development and potential of Waqf of Islamic insurance in Indonesia after published the fatwa by DSN-MUI in 2016 concerning the Waqf of insurance benefits and investment benefits in Islamic life insurance. This study uses a qualitative approach and use documentation methods as a data collection technique. All data will be analyzed by describing and making a general sense of the all data about the development of Waqf of Islamic insurance. The results of this research show that Waqf of Islamic insurance developed positively and has potential in the next future with a provision of conceptual and concrete constraints that can impede the development of Waqf of Islamic insurance can be responded to by the management of Waqf and public in general.

Abstract

The majority of the Indonesian population who are Muslim with different understandings of Islam is one of the backgrounds for the emergence of new movements that "deviate" in the name of religion. The Transnational Islamic Movement is one of the new Islamic movements that have emerged in several parts of Indonesia, this movement has spread to the Jepara Regency area. Using the qualitative approach used and methods of documentation, interviews, and observations, this paper will describe the Transnational Islamic movement or organization and how the da'wah strategies were carried out in overcoming and dealing with the movement. The results of this study are the strategies used in an effort to overcome the Transnational Islamic movement through a structural approach and the intervention of various parties, both from the da'wah institutions in Jepara Regency, the Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI), Jepara Police, and Islamic Religious Counselors in Jepara Regency so that the organization or The transnational Islamic group, in this case, the Khilafatul Muslimin Ummul Quro group was successfully disbanded. Mayoritas penduduk Indonesia yang beragama Islam dengan pemahaman Islam yang berbeda menjadi salah satu latar belakang munculnya gerakan-gerakan baru yang “menyimpang” dengan mengatasnamakan agama. Gerakan Islam Transnasional merupakan salah satu gerakan Islam baru yang muncul di berbagai wilayah Indonesia, gerakan ini telah menyebar ke wilayah Kabupaten Jepara. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi, tulisan ini akan memaparkan gerakan atau organisasi Islam Transnasional dan bagaimana strategi dakwah yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi dan menghadapi gerakan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini adalah strategi yang digunakan dalam upaya mengatasi gerakan Islam Transnasional melalui pendekatan struktural dan intervensi oleh berbagai pihak, baik dari lembaga dakwah di Kabupaten Jepara, Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI), Polres Jepara , dan Penasihat Agama Islam di Kabupaten Jepara sehingga organisasi atau kelompok Islam transnasional dalam hal ini kelompok Khilafatul Muslimin Ummul Quro berhasil dibubarkan.

Abstract

A biographical film is a film that tells the life story of the character. There are many messages and values contained in biographical films, because they are taken from true stories. One of them is the film Guru Bangsa Tjokroaminoto. This film tells the journey of a fighter and pioneer of Indonesian independence, Haji Oemar Said Tjokroaminoto. The focus of this study is to find out the representation of masculinity from HOS Tjokroaminoto and how the impact of this masculine trait on film audiences, masculinity is the social role, behavior and meaning assigned to men. The masculinity indicators are taken from Deborah David & Robert Brannon's theory of masculinity, namely No Sissy Stuff, Be a Big Wheel, Be a Sturdy Oak, Give em Hell. This study uses a qualitative research method, while to examine the film using theAnalysis approach Framing from Zong dang Pan & Gerald M. Kosicki. The results showed that HOS Tjokroaminoto represented the masculinity of Be a Big Wheel, Be a Sturdy Oak, Give em Hell. However, the researcher did not find that HOS Tjokroaminoto represents the masculinity of No Sissy Stuff, because in his daily life he uses jarit cloth, while the jarit itself is identical to the cloth worn by women. The impact of HOS Tjokroaminoto's masculinity on film audiences is that some of the characteristics of HOS Tjokroaminoto's masculinity should be imitated by the current generation.

Abstract

The large number of child marriage cases in Indonesia has resulted in various new problems such as the disconnection of school children, the increase in divorce cases, the increasing mortality rate for mothers and children during the delivery process, the number of stunting cases and other problems. Looking at the various problems that exist, there is a change in the marriage law from Law No. 1 of 1974 to Law No. 16 of 2019 that marriage can be carried out by both men and women when they are 19 years old. Through the Asset Bassed Community Development (ABCD) method, Community Service (PkM) activities are carried out by providing counseling to the community (parents and children) in Klepu Village and Watuaji Village, Keling District to provide an understanding of the Importance of Family Communication in preventing child marriage. With this PkM, it is hoped that it will be able to provide understanding to the community so that awareness arises about the dangers and impacts of child marriage and can reduce cases of child marriage.
