Abstract

The development of sharia-based hotels has become a popular business and it is believed that the development of sharia hotels will experience a drastic increase due to the level of business awareness of sharia concepts. This study aims to improve employee job satisfaction through spiritual leadership and Islamic organizational culture. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The unit of analysis is employees who work at Sharia Hotels in Padang. The results showed that partially Spiritual Leadership variables had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Islamic Organizational Culture variables had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction variables. Simultaneously the Spiritual Leadership and Islamic Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction with an adjusted R2 value of 0.204 This shows that the magnitude of the influence of the Islamic Organizational Spiritual Leadership and Culture on the variable Job satisfaction is 20.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Social Capital, Government Support, and Human Resource Competence on the performance of SMEs in Padang City. The method used is quantitative with a survey approach, where data was collected from 82 SME actors in the packaging sector in West Padang District. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling, and data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 84 respondents. The collected data was then analyzed using SPSS Version 26. The results show that Social Capital, Government Support, and Human Resource Competence each have a significant influence on SME performance. Simultaneously, all three variables also have a significant effect on the performance of SMEs in Padang City.

Abstract

This study evaluates the impact of the implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE), leadership, and organizational culture on employee performance at the Bureau of Administrative Leadership, Regional Secretariat of West Sumatra Province. Using a quantitative approach, this research aims to assess the extent to which these three variables contribute to improving employee performance. Data were collected through a survey of 75 employees at the Bureau of Administrative Leadership using a total sampling method. Data processing and analysis were conducted using SPSS version 23 software with multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that among the three variables examined, leadership has the most significant influence on employee performance. This suggests that effective leadership can enhance motivation, increase productivity, and instill greater work discipline within the bureaucratic environment.
