Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai pada Puskesmas di Kecamatan Depati VII Kabupaten Kerinci, untuk mengetahui besarya pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai pada Puskesmas di Kecamatan Depati VII. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dimana berbicara dengan angka-angka serta melihat pengaruh antara variabel bebas (independen) dengan variabel terikat (dependent). Pada penelitian ini peneliti ingin melihat Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai pada Puskesmas di Kecamatan Depati VII Kabupaten Kerinci. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Terdapat pengaruh disiplin terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Kecamatan Depati VII Kabupaten Kerinci yang dihitung dengan korelasi sebesar 0,33, hal ini menunjukkan hubungan cukup kuat prerhitungan tingkat kesalahan 0,05 / 5%, didapat t tabel 2,021 dan t hitung 2,4470 dalam hal ini t hitung besar dari t tabel yang berarti pengaruh disiplin Kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Kecamatan Depati VII Kabupaten Kerinci adalah signifikan. Besarnya pengaruh disiplin terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Kecamatan Depati VII Kabupaten Kerinci adalah sebesar 10,89%, sisanya 89,11% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1. To know the effect Against Filing System Work Efficiency In Depati Head VII, 2. To determine the amount of Effect Against Filing System Work Efficiency At Head Office Air Hangat Kerinci. The approach taken in this research is quantitative descriptive, because it systematically describe the facts and characteristics of the object and the subject under study accurately. The respondents in this research consisted of 20 people. This study uses data collection techniques are field research and research library. The results showed that: 1. By Pearson Product Moment Correlation formula in can r = 0.598 based on a questionnaire that was distributed to the respondents 2. By using the formula coefficient of determination obtained 35.760% figure means Effect Against Filing System Work Efficiency At Head Office Air Hangat Kerinci. while the remaining 64.340% is affected by causes or other factors beyond those examined in this study 3. From the hypothesis test obtained by value t = 3.165 and 2.101 t table according to the provisions of hypothesis testing results obtained t count> t table then Ha Ho accepted rejected. That is a significant difference between Against Filing System Work Efficiency At Head Office Air Hangat Kerinci.

Abstract

The Influence of Knowledge and Skill on Work Performance at MTsN Model Sungai Penuh. This Research aims to conduct a study on The Influence of knowledge and skill on work performance at MTsN Model Sungai Penuh. The Research was done at MTsN Model Sungai Penuh by method used are kuantitatif method with number of respondens 12 people. The research instrument is the research himself and the collection of data through quesionnaires.The Influence of knowledge and skill on work performance at the MTsN Model Sungai Penuh cover Location Of Knowledge, personal skills, reasoning for Ability, understand of ability, values presense and conviction. Conceptual Skills, human skills, technical skills. And work performance consists of work quality, the quality of labor, toughness, attitude. An analytical tool used in this study is the likers, Analyse doubled linear regersa, Koefisien Determinant and test of T with data processing use application program of SPSS version 0.16

Abstract

This study aims to determine SMART ASN Towards 4.0 in the Apparatus of Sitinjau Laut District, Kerinci. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with in-depth interview approach using interview guidelines with the problem under study and documentation. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that to determine the quality of SMART ASN Towards 4.0 at the Sitinjau Laut District Office at this time, researchers used six dimensions of quality SMART ASN Towards 4.0, namely Recruitment of Prospective Civil Servants (CPNS) using Computer Assisted Test (CAT), Development career patterns, competency development, career development, promotion through open selection, and succession plans in creating SMART ASN Towards 4.0 at the Sitinjau Laut sub-district office. Government tasks are carried out in the context of carrying out general government functions which include the empowerment of institutions, personnel, and administration. Meanwhile, certain development tasks are carried out through economic and social development aimed at increasing the welfare and prosperity of the entire community.

Abstract

Abstract Semester Learning Plan (RPS) is a plan for the process of learning activities in courses that are prepared by the lecturer independently for one semester. As a professional, every speaker must have certain abilities in order to carry out his duties as a speaker as well as possible. The purpose of this research is to find out the constraints of the lecturers of the Da'wah Management Study Program FUAD IAIN Kerinci in making the RPS, to find out the extent to which the institution holds training or workshops providing workshops for lecturers, to find out the steps that must be taken by the lecturers of the Da'wah Management Study Program at FUAD IAIN Kerinci so that the RPS can be collected at the beginning of each semester. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, meaning the procedure (path) in which research is carried out systematically which is used to examine or study an object in a natural setting without any manipulation in it and without any hypothesis testing. The object of this research is the Lecturer of the Da'wah Management Study Program, Faculty of Ushuluddin, Adab and Da'wah, the State Islamic Institute of Kerinci. RPS made by lecturers have been able to accommodate students to be able to study actively and independently. The RPS has been equipped with various components such as competencies, course descriptions, credit scores, lecturers, module topics, learning experiences, educational media, learning resources, to the assessment criteria used. Keywords: evaluation; RPS; learning process Abstrak  Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) merupakan  rencana proses kegiatan pembelajaran pada mata kuliah yang disusun oleh dosen secara mandiri untuk satu semester. Sebagai seorang profesional, setiap pembicara harus memiliki kemampuan tertentu agar dapat menjalankan tugasnya sebagai pembicara dengan sebaik-baiknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui kendala dosen Prodi Manajemen Dakwah FUAD IAIN Kerinci dalam pembuatan RPS, Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Institusi mengadakan pelatihan atau workshop penyediaan workshop bagi dosen, Untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan dosen Prodi Manajemen Dakwah FUAD IAIN Kerinci sehingga RPS bisa terkumpul disetiap awal semester. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, maksudnya tata cara (jalur) dimana riset yang dilakukan secarasistematis yang digunakan untuk mengkaji ataupun mempelajari sesuatu objek pada latar alamiah tanpa terdapat manipulasi didalamnya serta tanpa terdapat pengujian hipotesis. Objek penelitian yang diteliti adalah Dosen Program Studi Manajemen Dakwah Fakultas ushuluddin, Adab dan Dakwah Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kerinci. RPS yang terbuat oleh dosen telah bisa mengakomodir mahasiswa agar mampu belajar secara aktif serta mandiri. Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi implementasi sistem penghargaan dan perhatian terhadap kesejahteraan dosen dalam konteks manajemen pendidikan modern. Berdasarkan pendekatan literatur review, penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa sistem penghargaan yang transparan dan adil meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dosen, mendorong inovasi dalam pengajaran dan penelitian, serta memperkuat retensi dosen. Integrasi temuan neurosains, seperti peran dopamin dalam respons terhadap insentif, mendukung strategi manajemen pendidikan yang lebih holistik dan adaptif. Implikasi ini juga menyoroti pentingnya kesejahteraan fisik dan psikologis dalam menciptakan lingkungan akademik yang mendukung pertumbuhan profesional yang berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, studi ini menawarkan wawasan komprehensif untuk merancang strategi manajemen efektif guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan kesejahteraan dosen secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Faculty welfare in the context of Islamic education is heavily influenced by their job characteristics, such as task variety, level of autonomy, and feedback received (Amalia, 2020). The phenomenon of presenteeism, where despite being physically present at work, productivity declines, poses a significant challenge in academic environments (Amalia, 2020). The Islamic education management approach offers a framework based on principles like justice and accountability, which are crucial for supporting faculty welfare. This study utilized a literature review to explore the relationship between faculty characteristics and their welfare in the context of Islamic education. Key findings indicate that job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between job design factors, such as task variety and autonomy, and the level of presenteeism among faculty members (Amalia, 2020). The implications of this research include the application of job design taxonomy in Islamic education, which can enhance understanding of the linkage between job characteristics and faculty welfare. The study also highlights the importance of integrating spiritual values, personality traits, and social networks in developing holistic educational strategies in Islamic institutions, thereby fostering inclusive and empowered educational communities.

Faculty commitment and well-being are crucial factors for the success and sustainability of higher education institutions. Effective management plays a vital role in enhancing these aspects, ensuring that faculty remain motivated, satisfied, and productive. This study explores the complex relationship between faculty commitment, well-being, and management practices. By understanding how management strategies influence faculty well-being, we can cultivate an environment that supports personal and professional growth, thereby increasing institutional commitment and effectiveness overall. Good management not only provides adequate facilities and resources but also fosters an inclusive and collaborative work culture. In the context of higher education, effective management can enhance faculty well-being, thereby strengthening their commitment to the institution. This is essential for achieving long-term academic vision and mission, as well as promoting overall job satisfaction and productivity among faculty.

Abstract

Innovative leadership style in the implementation of public services (a case study in the Kerinci district population and civil registration service) The formulation of the problem in this study is, how does the innovative leadership style in the Kerinci district population and civil registration service cope with the soaring people who need services with innovations owned by the relevant department. This study uses a qualitative approach where the data obtained through field interviews with 6 informants refers to 4 research indicators namely, 1. Findings or ideas 2. Selection of ideas 3. Implementation of ideas 4. Dissemination of ideas. The data obtained in the field were analyzed based on the classification of the informants' answers which were described in the results and discussion of the research which were then carried out by interpretive researchers. It is known that the innovative leadership style in the implementation of public services at the Kerinci district population and civil registration office, from four indicators has been well implemented, but the authors suggest that the apparatus can continue to strive to create the latest innovations to make it easier for people who receive services.

Abstract

This research aims to revisit the relevance of the boundary between leadership and management in the dynamic and uncertain context of modern organizations. Using a qualitative approach based on literature review, this study explores an in-depth understanding of the role and interrelationship between the two in contemporary organizational practice. While the classical literature tends to separate leadership and management as two distinct functions, this study shows a paradigm shift towards the integration of both roles in one professional figure. The main update of this study lies in its approach that emphasizes the importance of holistic and strategic human resource development to produce managers who are also capable of being leaders. The study results show that the conceptual separation between leadership and management is increasingly irrelevant, especially in high-performance organizations. Therefore, there is a need for organizational strategies that combine the two as an integrated competency in training, career development, and performance evaluation. The main conclusion confirms that organizational success is determined by the synergy, not the separation, between leadership and management.
