Abstract

The rise of online seminars being held, of course, has advantages and disadvantages. Therefore it needs to be answered in a study. This type of research is a qualitative research method using a survey method. The research variables were the response of elementary school teachers and live chat streaming services. Subjects in this study were elementary school teachers who attended online seminars who were selected using simple random sampling. Data is taken and analyzed from teacher comments on google forms and live chat streaming on YouTube. The survey results show that descriptively elementary school teachers are enthusiastic about participating in online seminars via live chat streaming.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui penerapan pendekatan konstruktivisme dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Kombeli Kabupaten Buton, (2) untuk mengetahui penerapan pendekatan konstruktivisme pada pembelajaran IPS di kelas V SD Negeri 2 Kombeli Kabupaten Buton. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas dengan Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Kombeli Kabupaten Buton yang berjumlah 29 siswa, terdiri 13 siswa laki-laki dan 16 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan observasi. Instrument penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi dan soal tes atau evaluasi hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum diterapkannya pendekatan konstruktivisme pada pembelajaran IPS, diperoleh sebanyak 5 siswa (20%) tuntas dan 20 siswa (80%) belum tuntas dan nilai rata-rata kelas 60%. Namun setelah pembelajaran dengan menerapkan pendekatan konstruktivisme pada siklus I dan II diperoleh data bahwa hasil belajar siswa meningkat. Hasil belajar siklus I menyatakan sebanyak 13 siswa (52%) tuntas dan 12 siswa (48%) belum tuntas dan nilai rata-rata kelas 70,24%. Kemudian pada hasil tes siklus II menunjukkan 22 siswa (88%) tuntas dan 3 siswa (12%) belum tuntas dan nilai rata-rata kelas 81,44%. Dengan adanya peningkatan yang terjadi pada siswa yang telah mencapai 88% maka dinyatakan bahwa standar keberhasilan telah mencapai 75% dan tuntas.

Abstract

Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises aims to support initiatives in implementing micro small and medium enterprises. Thus, increasing the income of low- and middle-income people, and creating jobs. However, the existing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, especially in Labulanda Village, West Kulisusu District, and North Buton District, have not been able to reduce the unemployment rate. So that entrepreneurship training is needed for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Labulanda Village, North Buton Regency. The method and implementation of this activity include conducting training discussions and coordination first with the Lurah as the partner in charge, then holding a conference to discuss the implementation and goals of the local community. For Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, this service provides marketing and entrepreneurship training in Labulanda Village, West Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency. The results of this activity show how to assess the effectiveness of the overall training program. Indicators of the success of training activities show that 80% of participants can understand business strategies, entrepreneurial tactics, and product marketing aimed at consumers.
