Abstract

As for the formulation of the problem in this penelitisan Is career development has a significant influence on productivity Employees PT Pos Indonesia (PERSERO) Kendari. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of career development on employee productivity PT Pos Indonesia (PERSERO) Kendari. This research is a survey research with quantitative approach. The sample of this research is Employee Office of PT. Pos (Persero) Kendari City which amounted to 36 people with sampling technique saturated. Data were collected using questionnaire while data analysis used validity and realibility test as instrument test instrument, simple regression analysis, partial hypothesis test (t-test) was used to obtain accurate data to draw conclusion. Based on the research, the results obtained: that career development has a positive effect on work productivity. And it can be concluded that career development factors statistically affect the effort to improve worker productivity at the office of PT. Pos (Persero) Kendari City (p <0.05). Suggestion in this research It is better to maximize the existing performance in the work unit in need of increasing the role of human resource management by holding socialization and training on Human Resource Management about the role of the organization.

Abstract

Patchouli plantshave shown increasingly high production along with the income of their farmers compared to cacao plant. The research was conducted at an area of six ha in Babangmolingku village Bombana District from January to March 2016 involving 15 cooperation farmers which were compared to 15 non-cooperation farmers.  There were three technology packages tested i.e. introduced technology based on such technology derived from the research results of the Balitro Institution, pioneer farmer technology, and farmer formula technology.  The research results showed that the largest profit of IDR 35,923, 000 was generated by the farming system which adopted the introduced technology followed by the pioneer technology (IDR 15,639,000) and by the farmer formula technology (IDR 7,700,000).  The patchouli farming system is feasible to be developed in Babamolingku village as shown by its B/C values of 3.88 for the first technology, 3.46 for the second technology and 2.4 for the third technology.  Management functions should be taken into consideration for increasing oil production thus the benefit received by the farmers increase as well.Keywords:, Introduced Technology, Oil, Patchouli, and Pioneer Technology

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the profit of wetlend rice farming system in Wumbubangka village Rarowatu sub district of Bombana district. This research conducted from January until Mei 2015. The samples in this research were takenusing a random sampling method. Population of the samples was 50 people.   Data was analyzed using profit analysis of farming system such as ∏ = TR  –  TC = P. Q  – TFC –TVC, and  B/C ratio. The results of the research showed that the profit of the wetland rice farming in  farming in Wumbubangka village Rarowatu sub district of Bombana district was IDR 3,848,750 with the B/C valuewas 2.89. Key words : Farming System, B/C ratio, Wetland rice.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Kendari. The research is motivated by the demand to be able to improve the quality of its human resources, so that the company's overall performance can excel in banking competitiveness. This study applies quantitative research procedures by distributing questionnaires to respondents totaling 31 employees. The analytical method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded: 1) job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Kendari; 2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Kendari; and 3) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Kendari.

Abstract

This reaserch is empirically aimed at testing and proving the effect of leadership model towardmotivation and the workers’performance and implication toward the direct and indirect work satisfaction.Leadership, as the main variable on this study, is classified into two variables those are the TransformationalLeadership Model and the Transactional Leadership Model. The Objective of this research is toanalyze and to test the effect of (1) the transformational leadership model toward the workers’motivation;(2) the transactional leadership model toward the workers’motivation; (3) the transformational leadershipmodel toward the workers’performance; (4) thde transactional leadership model toward the workers’performance; (5) the workers motivation toward their performance; and (6) the workers’performancetoward their motivation. Hopefully, this study willl enrich the knowladge about managemant, especiallythe development of human resource managemant which is related to leadership and organization behavior.Moreover, it will give benefit for both the scholars and the practitioners. The population of this study is allpermanent workers of Bank Pembangunan Daerah of South-East Sulawesi with the total number of 385people. There are 196 people used as the sample which is taken by using Slovin formula. The Sample istaken by using proportional random sampling. The analysis method used is the Structural Equation Medeling(SEM). The AMOS 18.00 software is also applied. The findings of the study show that: 1) the variable oftransactional leadership model is the dominant leadership model wichh increase workers; motivation,performance, and satisfaction; 2) the transformational leadership model cannot direcly increase the workers’performance without motivating the workers; 3) the transactional leadership model cannot direclyincrease the workers’performance without motivating the workers.
