Abstract

Perawat merupakan tenaga penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Semakin besar tekanan yang dialami maka semakin besar stres yang dirasakan. Stres kerja yaitu kondisi yang berpengaruh terhadap emosi, pikiran, kondisi fisik seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat stres kerja perawat di ruangan ICU, IGD Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Bandung. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh 30 responden.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor dominan pemicu stres perawat yaitu faktor tanggungjawab orang lain, kesulitan dapat pekerjaan lain,masalah dalam keluarga, kesulitan secara finansial. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat disarankan rumah sakit melakukan penilaian terhadap beban kerja, memantau perkembangan kemampuan perawat dalam melakukan tugas agar menurunkan tingkat stres. Kata kunci: Stres Kerja, Perawat, Faktor Dominan   ABSTRACT Nurses are an important force in health care. The greater pressure will increase the stress which is experienced. Work stress is a condition that affects the emotional,the mind and physical condition. This research determine the stress levels of nurses in ICU, IGD Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung. The data was collected through questionnaires which is filled directly by 30 respondents. The results showed dominant factor stress nursesis factor on others and difficulty to get another job, nurses are problems in the family, financial difficulties. Based on the results, the hospital is suggested to assess of the workload, to monitor the development of nurse’s ability in performing their tasks toreduce stress Keywords: Work Stress , Nurses, Dominant Factor
