Abstract

National development is not only the responsibility of the State, the role and involvement of all aspects including the corporation and the community are important in national development efforts. One of the roles taken by the corporation in national development efforts is through the Corporate Social Responsibility program or CSR. In practice, the activity of Corporate Social Responsibility is one of the forms of community empowerment which carried out by the company. As a form of empowerment, CSR is not only a mere philanthrophy or caricative activity, however it must uphold the elements of the community's based development, namely participation so that the programs that are established can make the community energize the problem continuously. This study tries to explore how public participation in the CSR program of magot cultivation and organic waste (BU MANIK) which carried out by PT Pertamina Fuel Terminal Bandung Group in RW 02 Cipamokolan Sub-District, Rancasari Subdistrict, Bandung, West Java, which is Ring 1 of Pertamina Fuel Terminal Bandung Group. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, the results of the study indicate that this BU MANIK Program has provided more space to the community to participate in the stage of planning, implementation, evaluation, and utilization. The existence of community participation in the BU MANIK program in every stage establishes this program runs continuously and a sustainable way that has been in 2019 until now.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan memaparkan bagaimana penggunaan pendekatan technical assistance dalam program pendistribusian dana zakat produktif yang dilakukan oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Kuningan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi program pendistribusian dana zakat produktif pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Kuningan dilakukan melalui empat jenis usaha yaitu PROKSI, Zmart, Lumbung Pangan, dan ZChicken dengan tahapan program yaitu sosialisasi program dan seleksi mustahik, penyerahan dana berupa modal dan barang untuk usaha, dan pendamping program. Proses pendistribusian dana zakat produktif ini menggunakan pendekatan technical assistance yang memuat unsur sumber daya berupa legislation, administration, education, collaborator, dan consultant. Penggunaan pendekatan ini telah memberikan efek dan pencapaian yang cukup cepat pada kerja mustahik, namun cara kerja program bersifat top down dan program ini masih kurang melibatkan mustahik dalam prosesnya.Kata Kunci: Zakat Produktif, Pendekatan Technical Assistance, BAZNAS Kabupaten KuninganAbstractThis study aims to describe how the technical assistance approach is used in the productive zakat fund distribution program carried out by BAZNAS Kuningan Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques of interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the program for distributing productive zakat funds at BAZNAS in Kuningan Regency was carried out through four types of businesses, namely PROKSI, Zmart, Food Storage, and ZChicken with program stages namely program socialization and mustahik selection, transfer of funds in the form of capital and goods for businesses, and assistants program. The process of distributing productive zakat funds uses a technical assistance approach which includes elements of resources in the form of legislation, administration, education, collaborators, and consultants. The use of this approach has had a fairly rapid effect and achievement on mustahik work, but the way the program works is top down and this program still does not involve mustahiq in the processKeywords: Productive Zakat, Technical Assistance Approach, BAZNAS Kuningan Regency
