Abstract

Latar Belakang: Asian health literacy assosiation mengungkapkan bahwa pendidikan, penelitian dan pelayanan yang melibatkan literasi kesehatan di Indonesia kategori Very new term. Ekspansi penelitian literasi kesehatan di dunia, Indonesia memiliki posisi rendah. Instrumen health literacy sangat dibutuhkan untuk sektor pendidikan kesehatan, bahan penelitian dan alat untuk diaplikasikan di klinik. Tujuan: Systematic review ini untuk mengidentifikasi instrument health literacy yang digunakan untuk pasien usia anak-anak maupun dewasa, baik dikomunitas maupun di rumah sakit. Metode: Systematic review, melalui penelusuran secara sistematis pada 3 database yang hanya berbahasa inggris dengan menggunakan kata kunci health literacy; instrument AND Measurment. Penelusuran dilakukan di EBSCOhost, Proquest dan Sage. . Dari 89 jumlah referensi yang telah didentifikasi, ada 25 referensi yang diskrining abstraknya, 15 referensi yang diskrining full berdasarakan kriteria inklusi. Sebanyak 5 referensi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi yang relevan dengan variabel pada sistematik review ini. Hasil : kuisioner literasi kesehatan yang lazim dipakai berfokus pada pengukuran objektif pasien dewasa seperti The Newest Vital Sign/NVS, REALM, TOFHLA, HELIA, METER, HLKES, HLS (Duong et al., 2019; Parker et al., 1995; ; terdapat instrumen untuk anak-anak yaitu REAL Mteen. Fokus pada penilaian subjektif pasien seperti HLQ (Osborne, 2103), fokus pada Kesehatan mental misal METER (Katherine A, 2009)

Abstract

Stress is a physical, mental, and behavioral response to the pressure people experience to adapt and manage internal and external pressures. Stress can affect anyone, including teenagers. The stress experienced by teenagers can be caused by factors such as parental parenting, family support, and feelings of loneliness in the family environment. This Research aims to determine whether factors are associated with stunting among children in the work area of the Pontap Health Center in Palopo City. This type of Research is a quantitative survey Research design with a cross-sectional approach. This Research used a purposive sampling method, with a sample of 53 respondents from the work area of the Pontap Health Center in Palopo City in 2025. The instruments of this Research were a questionnaire and the KMS book. Chi-Square in maternal knowledge Research shows a significance value of ρ=0.001; in research on maternal parenting patterns, it shows a significance value of ρ=0.001; and in socio-economic research, it shows a significance value of ρ=0.041. Mother's knowledge, mother's parenting style, and social economy are factors in the incidence of stunting in the work area of the Pontap Health Center in Palopo City in 2025.
