Abstract

Penilaian  mutu  pelayanan  dan  asuhan  keperawatan  perlu  dilakukan  guna  untuk  mengetahui  sejauh  mana  kualitas  pelayanan  rumah  sakit.  Untuk  mengukur kualitas pelayananan rumah sakit salah satunya ditentukan oleh lama hari rawat. Alternatif  manajemen  asuhan  keperawatan  untuk  meningkatkan  asuhan keperawatan  dan  dapat  digunakan  sebagai  alat  kendali  yaitu  Clinical  pathway yang  merupakan  salah  satu  alat  manajemen  penyakit  yang  dapat  mengurangi  variasi  pelayanan  yang  tidak  perlu,  meningkatkan  outcome  klinik,  dan  juga efisiensi sumber daya.  Tujuan  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  menganalisis  pengaruh penerapan  clinical pathway  Diabetes Melitus  tipe 2  terhadap lama hari rawat di ruangan penyakit dalam RSUD Sungai Dareh.  Desain  penelitian  quasi experiment dengan  rancangan  kelompok  kontrol  yang  tidak  sama  (non-equivalent  control group  design.  jumlah  responden  16  orang  klien  DM  tipe  2  (8  orang   yang dilakukan  perlakuan  Clinical  Pathway  dan  8  orang   yang  tidak   dilakukan perlakuan  Clinical  Pathway)  .Teknik  pengambilan  sampel  adalah  purposive sampling.  waktu   penelitian  bulan  September  2015  hingga  februari  2016.  Hasil penelitian  menunjukan  bahwa  terdapat  perbedaan  yang  signifikan  antara  yang dilakukan clinical pathway  dengan yang tidak dilakukan  clinical pathway  dimana didapatkan  nilai  p  value  <  0,05  yaitu  0,000.  Hasil  penelitian  ini  diharapkan menjadi  masukan  bagi  pihak  rumah  sakit  untuk  dapat  mengaplikasikan  asuhan keperawatan  secara  sistematis  melalui    clinical  pathway  pada  pasien  Diabetes  Melitus tipe 2 guna peningkatan mutu pelayanan.

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the characteristic relationship of age, parity, education and occupation with birth control pills at the Purwakarta Clinic and Maternity Hospital. Methods: This study uses quantitative methods with cross sectional design. The subject of study was fertile age women who became acceptors of birth control pills at Purwakarta Clinic A. The sample of this study is women of childbearing age taken with total sampling and as many as 57 people. Result: The results showed a significant relationship (pvalue <0.05) between maternal age and parity, with the contraceptive contraceptive pill at the Purwakarta Clinic and Maternity Hospital. While the unrelated factors are the mother's work and education with the contraception of birth control pills at the Purwakarta Clinic and Maternity Hospital.. Conclusion: A significant relationship between maternal age and parity, with the contraceptive contraceptive pill at the Purwakarta Clinic and Maternity Hospital. Abstract

Purpose: This study aims at analyzing the effects of oxytocin massage on uterine involution to postpartum subjects with anemia. Method: Method of this study is quasi experiment with 36 samples of postpartum mothers with anemia. This study was conducted in November 2017 to January 2018. Samples were taken using random sampling to obtain 18 respondents of intervention group on which oxytocic massage is given, and 18 respondents of control group on which oxytocin massage is not given. The free variables use oxytocin massage, and bound variables are uterine involution. Analysis and effects used in this study is statistical test of Mann-Whitney. Results: The height of uterine fundus on the seventh day in control group is on average of 5.61 cm and 5 cm in intervention group. It is obtained value of p<0,05 in a statistical result, so it can be concluded that there is an average significant difference between uterine involution of intervention group and control group that is started on the fourth day to the seventh day. Conclusion: According to the study result, it can be concluded that oxytocin massage accelerates uterine involution on postpartum subjects with anemia.
