Abstract

Thispaperbasedonsecondarydata,therefore,theauthorsconstructedconceptualframeworkafterthoroughanalyzedanumerousresearchpapers.DuetoscarcitystudiesonServiceIndustrySupplyChainManagement(SCM),thispaperwouldcreateanobleapproachforthecurrenthealthcaremanagersofhospitalstoreviewandapprisetheiroperationalandstrategicalobjectives.ThisstudyhighlightSupplyChainManagement(SCM)conceptforthehospitalwhichrepresentingaserviceindustry.InadditionthisstudyrevealsthelimitedapplicationofSCMinhospital.Consequentlytheauthorsdescriberecommendationandproposesamodelonvaluedsupplychainmanagementinhospital.Thoughthispaperhighlightsinintensiveanalysis,however,itunlocksfurtherfrontiersfortheprospectiveresearchersaswellaspractitionersinordertodevelopSCMmodelforhospital.
