Abstract

Purpose-The study explore the various facets of different wave retail banking models including their merits, demerits are security issues, to share the wave retail wave banking implementation in Bangladesh. To evaluate the current status and preparedness of banks to facilitate wave retail banking in Bangladesh. To developed smooth operation and implementation of wave retail banking in Bangladesh. Scope: Renown Banks in Bangladesh. Significance: This trend contributes towards the anticipated growth of wave financial information services, funds transfer, bill payment and presentation, account management and customer service solutions. Theory: Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Method: To conduct the study primary as well as secondary data have been collected 100 users of bank account holder in Dhaka city were interviewed to know about their interest about cashless wave banking in retail market. Tools: SPSS for pilot test and PLS for data analysis. Findings: the elaborate the current wave retail executing infrastructure of Bangladesh and understand the awareness and readiness of customers satisfaction regarding wave retail banking in retail market supply chain management. Originality: This is one of the most recent research studies has made on the retail weave in Bangladesh. Abstract

Certain types of blockchains were made and developed for various purposes. Despite the development of cohort systems, the blockchain needs more development from the perspective of Malaysia. In addition, blockchain is the only cryptographic block currency that improves retail marketing. This study has critically analyzed the variables of the current research Framework of the blockchain implementation in retail market. Thus, this study aims to implement blockchain in retail market for increaseing customer benefits in order to improve the retail industrial supply chain activities. In order to achieve the main aim, this study comprises of two main phases, which are theoretical study, development of proposed blockchain factors and its implementation. The blockchain experience of variables, blockchain management, blockchain transaction policy, blockchain adaption and implications were discussed gradually. Finally, we demonstrate the underlying theory, the theoretical framework and the hypotheses were discussed in detail.

Abstract

Abstract-Purpose: The purpose of this study is a clarification of changes of supply chain management (SCM) in public organizations and the nature of change management (CM). The paper also examines and demonstrate the trust influencing CM in technology adoption in Bangladesh pubic organizations. The aim of this paper is, consequently, to identify precarious success factors for CM. Theory: In this study we focus on the adoption of technology such as the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), highlighted the need to broaden the scope of theoretical mechanisms. Method: In this study, we obtained the empirical data necessary to validate the theoretical framework. In total of 460 self-administered questionnaires were used to derive public sector responses in Bangladesh in their perceptions of trust and aspects of change management. Originality: This study an outline of CM in TA projects is recognized based on the literature review and empirical evidence. Significance: This study will enhance the service and management of public organization. Besides that, it will provide quality service for public organization. Finally, it will introduce technology supply chain in organization management. Outline: the paper concludes with a presentation of the study’s, framework and contributions as well as the stream of upcoming research.
