Abstract

Indonesia as an archipelagic state with its geostrategic location which at the same time has the potential for economic, cultural, security and defense threats. Defense for a country is a fundamental need since independence and its existence against the struggles of the international world. The need for national defense occurs because of a threat that comes from a foreign country or certain organization against the existence of the state, territorial sovereignty and national safety. It is stated that the nature of national defense is all defense efforts that are universal in nature, carried out with awareness of the rights and obligations of the state and belief in one's own strength. This research is a descriptive study using qualitative methods, where data and information related to research problems obtained through literature studies and field interviews are analyzed qualitatively, and then interpreted according to the meaning contained in the data and information. The operation of UAVs by the Indonesian Navy in carrying out national defense uses several principles, namely the pilotless principle, the principle of state sovereignty, the principle of aviation security and safety, the principle of responsibility and the principle of the right to human privacy, but do not yet have the power and legal certainty to regulate their use for the benefit of the Indonesian Armed Forces. Sea. So that’s why In order to increase the strength and capability of the Marine Defense Weapon System Main Tool, it is necessary to disseminate and master international and national legal aspects to the crew so that in operation they do not violate the law and do not harm other people and flight safety. Abstract

The task of the Navy in Article 9 of Law number 34 of 2004 concerning the Indonesian National Army, this also includes the achievement of superior human resources of the Navy. To implement the excellence of AAL graduate officers, 60% of AAL's educational operations use training and practical methods, including Ship Control Lattek using KAL Cadets. The aim of this research is to analyze how the influence of AAL cadet training at KAL Cadet on ship control skills in KRI. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. With the problem of the effectiveness of AAL cadet practice training at KAL Cadets in supporting ship control skills in the KRI, this research method is the effectiveness of cadet training is variable (X1) and cadet practice is variable (X2) and the use of equipment (X3) which affects the variable (Y) namely ship control skills. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the variables of ship control training, ship control practices and the use of ship control equipment simultaneously have a significant influence on ship control skills in the KRI. In harmony with effectiveness, which has an understanding of usability, activity and the existence of conformity in an activity between someone who carries out a task with the goal to be achieved. Abstract

This research is motivated by the training implementation of the cadet of the operation corps which is not optimal because there are empty rooms in the Andromeda Building do not use optimally. The main objective of determining this strategy is that the empty room in the Andromeda Building can be used optimally. The formulation of the problem from this research is to determine the right strategy in optimizing the Andromeda Room to support cadets of the operation corps. This research is quantitative, this research was conducted by collecting respondents using a questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique. This study uses SWOT analysis, the first step is to create IFAS and EFAS matrices by giving weights to find the total score of the IFAS and EFAS variables. The second step is to formulate a strategy, namely SO, WO, ST, and WT. Further study shows that the advantages of the Andromeda bridge simulator building are designed like the KRI class Sigma. The disadvantage is that the navigation equipment contained in the bridge simulator is not ready in terms of quality or quantity. The results of this study are in the quadrant 3rd position where this condition is to minimize existing internal problems by maximizing existing opportunities through a review strategy to produce something new.
