Abstract

The main prime objective of this paper is to examine the impact of management commitment, green supply chain, and green purchasing on strategic planning and environmental performance. Moreover, mediating role of strategic planning between management commitment and environmental performance is explored in the current study as well. This study employed survey as a data gathering method and designed a structured questionnaire keeping in view the research objectives. At the data analysis stage, a second-generation technique is adopted, i.e. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), with the purpose of avoiding limitations associated with first-generation techniques. Applying SEM technique allows the researcher to simultaneously determine a series of inter-dependent linkages. All relationships proposed in the study proved to be significant. The findings of the study are helpful for the policy makers of the Textile sector.

Abstract

This study aims to confirm the effect of Islamic work ethics and Islamic leadership on organizational commitment and performance of cleaning staff in Makassar City, which is predominantly Muslim, using 274 employees as a sample. The results of the WarpPLS 7.0 analysis provide evidence that Islamic work ethics is partially proven to increase organizational commitment, but Islamic leadership cannot have a significant effect on organizational commitment. Islamic work ethics and Islamic leadership make a real contribution to improving performance. The role of organizational commitment as an intervening variable is proven not to be a strong mediation in explaining the effect of Islamic work ethics and Islamic leadership on the performance of cleaning staff in Makassar City

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing management and financial management of goat farming in Bantar Panjang Village, Tigaraksa District, Tangerang Regency. Goat farming is one of the main sources of income for the local community, yet it still faces challenges in marketing and effective financial record-keeping. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, field observations, and document studies with local farmers. The findings show that the marketing strategy is still conventional, relying on local networks, while financial record-keeping is not well-structured, making it difficult to make long-term economic decisions. The study recommends the implementation of a digital marketing strategy, enhancing the farmers' capacity in business management, and using a simple but systematic financial recording system to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the goat farming business.
