Abstract

Guru merupakan sumber daya terpenting dan sebagai salah satu faktor penentu tinggi rendahnya mutu pendidikan. maka perlu memberikan perhatian besar kepada peningkatan dalam segi jumlah maupun mutunya dalam rangka memperbaiki dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, maka harus dimulai dari aspek terpenting dalam pendidikan yaitu adanya tenaga pendidik professional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, kompetensi dasar dan sertifikasi baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 1 Manokwari Provinsi Papua Barat. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 33 guru tersertifikasi, dengan menggunakan teknik sensus atau sampel jenuh. Metode analisis regresi berganda, Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel pelatihan dan kompetensi dasar secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan pelatihan sebesar 0,000 ≤ 0,05 dan kompetensi dasar sebesar 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Sedangkan variabel sertifikasi tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sertifikasi sebesar 0,057 ≥ 0,05. Secara simultan pelatihan, kompetensi dasar dan sertifikasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 1 Manokwari. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Kinerja guru SMK Negeri 1 Manokwari dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel pelatihan, kompetensi dasar dan sertifikasi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien determinansi (adjusted R²) adalah sebesar 0,758 atau 75,8%. Mengingat pelatihan, kompetensi dasar dan sertifikasi berpengaruh signifikan dan memberikan kontribusi yang cukup besar terhadap kinerja guru, maka SMK Negeri 1 Manokwari, harus lebih meningkatkan lagi pelatihan, kompetensi dasar dan sertifikasi agar mencapai dan meningkatkan kinerja guru. Abstract

As an educational institution, SMA Negeri 1 requires teachers with good pedagogic and professional competence, so as to achieve the desired quality of performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pedagogic competence and professional competence on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Manokwari partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative with associative problems. The sample in this study were 50 teachers. The data collection method used is a questionnaire, with a non- probability sampling technique and multiple linear regression data analysis. Page | 1 The results of the partial test show that pedagogic competence and professional competence have an effect on teacher performance. This is indicated by a significant value of 0.000 for pedagogic competence and professional competence of 0.034, both of which the probability values of these competencies are smaller than the error rate of 0.05. And the results of the simultaneous test showed that pedagogic competence and professional competence had an effect on teacher performance, it was indicated by a sig f value of less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Suggestions for SMA Negeri 1 Manokwari to further improve pedagogic competence by frequently conducting training on the use of computers, LCD projectors and adding focusing equipment. And for professional competence by providing room for actualization for every teacher regardless of employment status. Keywords : Pedagogic Competence, Professional Competence, Teacher Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the amount of banner raw material inventory in 2020, with the selected method, namely EOQ and MRP to get an economical amount of inventory on the next order.This study uses primary data from interviews and secondary data from inventory report data from CV. Ozone Graphics. The analysis used is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) with the Part Period Balancing (PPB) technique.The results of this study using the EOQ method the company will get an optimal inventory of 422.94 meters of Korean Flexy and 42.58 liters of Icontek ink, with the lowest total inventory cost of Rp. 3,571,694.39 Korean Flexy and Icontek ink of Rp. IDR 3,496,425.47. Meanwhile, with the MRP method, the results obtained are that the total cost of inventory is too high, namely Korean Flexy Rp 12,930,250 and Rp 17,034,520 Icontek ink. So that by using the EOQ method the company will get the optimal amount of inventory and can minimize inventory costs.Keywords: Inventory, Inventory Cost, EOQ, MRP, PPB
