Abstract

Abstract The study in this study is the development of human resource competencies in the Department of Population and Civil Registration, with the aim of knowing and analyzing and using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was collected by using interview, observation and document review techniques. Data analysis used primary and secondary data which were collected and analyzed descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the competence of human resources in the Department of Population and Civil Registration, technical competence has not been maximally implemented by employees, while managerial competence and social competence have run as expected. This can be seen from the dominant number of ASN personnel who have undergraduate education and have fairly good abilities or competencies, but still need to be improved so that employee performance also increases, then in providing services they do not discriminate between ethnicity, religion and culture. The performance of employees at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Konawe Regency revealed that the assessment of the ability of employees, namely the education factor, was quite good. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze cash management to increase profitability in the Purnama savings and loan cooperative, Puunaha Village, Konawe Regency. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive percentage by describing the Profitability of Own Capital and Economic Profitability.The results of the analysis show that in 2018, the profitability ratio of own capital was 17.96%, then in 2019 it became 20.77% and in 2020 the profitability of own capital became 24.20%. This means that it has increased by an average of 20.97% per year during 2018-2020 with an average level of development reaching 3.12%, so it can be said that the profitability ratio of own capital in the Purnama Loan and Loan cooperative is quite good in terms of these indicators. While the economic profitability ratio in 2018 was 13.98%, this number increased in 2019 by 15.68% (up 1.7%) and in 2020, it reached 18.26%. This means that it has increased by an average of 15.97% per year during 2018-2020, with an average development rate of 2.14% per year. Thus the economic profitability ratio of the Purnama savings and loan cooperatives can be said to be quite good in terms of these indicators.

Abstract

Perubahan perilaku pemasaran dari konvensional ke digital tidak diimbangi oleh keberadaan pelaku UMKM yang menggunakan digital marketing, padahal UMKM dipercaya mampu memacu perekonomian Indonesia. Pemanfaatan konsep pemasaran berbasis teknologi digital menjadi harapan bagi UMKM untuk berkembang menjadi pusat kekuatan ekonomi. Media promosi digital marketing diharapkan menjadi pilihan yang efektif untuk pelaku UMKM dalam mengembangkan bisnis dan menjangkau pasar nasional maupun internasional. Media promosi konvensional yang banyak membutuhkan biaya dan jauh lebih rumit dengan sendirinya tidak lagi menjadi perhatian utama bagi pelaku UMKM karena adanya digital marketing.
