Abstract

Nilai perusahaan merupakan tujuan perusahaan dengan cara memaksimumkan nilai jangka panjang perusahaan. Perusahaan dalam menghasilkan nilai lebih dipengaruhi dari kemampuan manajemen dalam mengelola perusahaan dan manajer keuangan diharapkan mampu melakukan hal yang terbaik untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan serta menciptakan kesejahteraan bagi pemilik dan pemegang saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG), ukuran perusahaan, leverage, cash holding dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan periode 2013-2018. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan di IDX, website perusahaan, dan hasil pemeringkatan CGPI di majalah SWA. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa GCG mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan ukuran perusahaan, leverage, cash holding dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan Firm value is the company's goal by maximizing the company's long-term value. Companies in generating more value are influenced by management's ability to manage the company and financial managers are expected to be able to do their best to increase company value and create welfare for owners and shareholders. This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), firm size, leverage, cash holding and profitability on firm value for the 2013-2018 period. The data used are obtained from the company's financial reports on IDX, the company's website, and the results of the CGPI ranking in SWA magazine. The analytical method used is the classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that GCG has a negative effect on firm value. Meanwhile, firm size, leverage, cash holding and profitability have no effect on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine effect of growth gross domestic product, inflation, exchange rate, capital adequacy ratio, return on assets, operating expenses to operating revenues and bank size on financing risk (NPF) of Sharia Banks period 2012-2015. The data that use in this research is the secondary data, that is financial statement of Sharia Banks in Indonesia period 2012-2015. The sampling method that used in this research are purposive sampling and data analysis model used is the multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research show that simultaneous each external and internal bank factor have influence on the NPF. But partially, showed that eksternal factor, namely growth gross domestic product, inflation and exchange rate have no influence on the NPF. While from the internal bank showed capital adequacy ratio and operating expenses to operating revenues have no influence, return on assets have a negative influence and bank size have a positive influence on the NPF.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to understand the influence of macroeconomic factors in this research are exchange rate and inflation, while for the internal bank are capital adequacy ratio (CAR), loan to deposit ratio (LDR) and credit growth towards non performing loan (NPL). The data that used is quarterly data from financial statements of Foreign Bank in Indonesia period of 2013 until 2014. Data analysis method used is multiple-regression analysis. The results showed that there was a simultaneous influence of independent variables towards NPL of Foreign Bank in Indonesia. However, partially showed that CAR has a negative influence, the higher capital adequacy ratio, it can serve to accommodate the risk of losses faced by banks due to the increase in non performing loans. LDR has a positif influence, LDR shows expansion of bank loans made to measure current or whether bank intermediary function. LDR which leads to high risk of uncollectible loans to be high which will result in a non performing loans.
