Abstract

Image recording digital cameras often there are some problems that may occur, such as the lens out of focus, appear spots caused by the capture process is imperfect, uneven lighting resulting intensity is not uniform, image contrast is too low so that objects are difficult to separate background, or disruption caused by dirt attached to the image and so forth. Arithmetic Mean Filter Algorithm Method to Reduce Noise Salt and Pepper in image filtering is one that serves to soften and remove noise in an image that works by replacing the pixel intensity values with the average of the pixel value with the value of neighbor pixels. With this application, the algorithm used to produce a program to reduce salt and pepper noise contained in the image so that the resulting image quality is better and finer than before.

Abstract

Poverty is a condition in which people lack ability in traditionally devoted their primary. (Boa,2008) defines "Structural poverty is poverty, suspected uncaused structure from the condition of structures, or unfavorable life order". The expected amount of poverty can be reduced. In order to reduce the number of poverty to be known beforehand what factors are the cause of the poverty level is high or low. With the Backpropagation Neural Network structures for forecasting the calculation of the poverty level in Indonesia. Based on the analysis carried out apparently backpropagation neural network method yields more accurate in forecasting the calculation of the poverty level in Indonesia because these methods do training repeatedly to get the best models and can also be analyzed mathematically.

Abstract

The high rate of motorcycle accidents, especially in adolescents is increasing, which at that age adolescents tend to neglect the factor of safety of himself and others. Disciplinary problems in the use of safe driving (safety riding) bad traffic is a phenomenon that occurs in large cities in developing countries. To the knowledge of safe driving, known as Safety riding a provision which must be held before the start of driving on the road. The difficulty of finding material about proper riding safety for teens make teenagers difficult to understand the contents of the content material on safety driving. Based on these problems, the authors create an interactive animated educational program to facilitate teenagers riding safety in understanding how to drive safe and comfortable which is expected to develop discipline in driving especially among teenagers.

Abstract

Abstract

Pengetahuan akan ilmu elektronika dasar sangat penting dan berguna, baik untuk masyarakat umum ,pelajar SMK jurusan elektronika, pelajar SMA fisika dan SMP, Mahasiswa jurusan elektronika, jurusan teknik komputer, bahkan sampai teknisi reparasi TV serta teknisi yang berhubungan dengan perangkat elektronika. Dengan berkembangnya ilmu teknologi di bidang software terutama sistem operasi maka masyarakat umum beralih dari mengakses informasi data secara manual menjadi mengakses informasi data secara digital. Bahkan kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah saat in icenderung lebih banyak belajar melalui media berupakomputer, laptop, dan gadget dari pada buku. Salah satu gadget yang menjamur saat ini digunakan masyarakat adalah handphone berbasis android, maka dengan ini penulis ingin mengedukasikan pengetahuan tentang elektronika dasar kepada masyarakat umum serta mempermudah cara belajar bagi pelajar SMK elektronika, SMA fisika, SMP, serta mahasiswa jurusan elektronika dan teknik komputer bahkan dengan aplikasi yang penulis buat memudahkan teknisi di bidang elektronika dalam hal pengecekan komponen elektronika. Tentunya aplikasi yang dibuat penulis berbasis android.Aplikasi pengetahuan dan perhitungan komponen elektronika dasar ini berbasis android dengan menggunakan program bahasa java dan software eclipse indigo. Adapun perancangan desain sistem software yang digunakan adalah UML (Unified Modelling Language) yang terdiridari activity diagram, usecase diagram, sequence diagram, dan Deployment diagram.
