Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan secara kwantity pengaruh motivasi kerja (X), terhadap kepuasan karyawan (Y) pada toko Basmalah di kabupaten Banyuwangi. Yang mana ada dugaan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Non Probability sampling dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan pada toko Basmalah di Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang sebanyak ada 23 karyawan diseluruh outlet toko Basmalah di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Analisis datanya menggunakan metode analisis deskripitif, metode analisis statistiknya terdiri dari analisis berupa regresi linier yang sederhana dan pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan pengaruh signifikan pada faktor motivasi kerja (X), terhadap Kepuasan Karyawan (Y) pada toko Basmalah di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari uji linier yang bersifat sederhana ini, menerangkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja didalam penelitian ini, memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada Kepuasan Karyawan, hal itu ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan nilai dari koefisien deternimasi (R2) sebesar 0,536 yang artinya bahwa Motivasi Kerrja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 53,6% terhadap Kepuasan Karyawan pada toko Basmalah di Kabupaten Banyuwangi.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the process of buying and selling transactions and the implementation of istishna contracts in DR Konconvection Sragi Village, Songgon District. The method used is qualitative research with the use of various data collection techniques, such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers act as the main instrument in data collection, with data analysis involving collecting, presenting, reducing, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the istishna contract in the DR Convection of Sragi Village, Songgon District allows flexibility and strong cooperation in buying and selling transactions through orders. The process begins with a request from the buyer, who has the freedom to choose the product and determine its specifications. The advance payment shows the seriousness of the buyer and provides start-up capital to start production. The production process focuses heavily on quality, through good communication throughout the process to ensure customer engagement. The implementation of the istishna contract in DR Konconvection of Sragi Village, Songgon District reflects effective collaboration between convection and customers in creating products that suit customer needs and preferences.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the problems faced and develop strategies for developing UMKM as a form of optimization in improving the economy in Tamansuruh Village Banyuwangi. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis consisting of reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that in general the problems faced by MSME actors in Tamansuruh Village include capital, marketing, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, the introduction of information technology, so that UMKM in Tamansuruh Village have not been able to run optimally. the strategies obtained are minimizing financing, considering the risks of the decisions made and conducting professional recruitment.
