Abstract

This research is aimed to find out the influence of recruitment toward the performance of the non-medical employee in Pindad General Hospital Bandung. We use quantitative method in this research, and the data collecting method we use observation, questionnaire, interview, documentation study and literature review. The number of population is ten respondents consisted of Head of Non-Medical Employee Affairs and Head of Non-Medical Employee Section, and sample use in this research is Saturation Sampling. The calcuration result of correlation test provides correlation coefficient as much as 0.531 which means that the level of relation strengh (correlation) is between 0.51-0.57 or strongly related. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment on the performance of non-medical employees at Pindad Bandung General Hospital. The type of research used is quantitative methods and data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, interviews, study documentation and literature. The total population is 10 (ten) respondents, namely the head of affairs (Kaur) and the head of the field (Kabid) of non-medical employees, the entire population is sampled then the sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Based on the result of this research, we provide these suggestions : 1) Finding out the employee that has appropriate education level with the position needed, 2) Using the various media to display job vacancy advertisement, 3) Increasing the supervision in academic test, 4) Addition of employee in Human Capital for personnel and education training division. Abstract

PD Wijaya Abadi bergerak dalam penjualan motor merk Honda, memberikan dukungan penjualan secara tunai maupun kredit. Di PD Wijaya Abadi Bagian Admin dalam Prosedur Penjualan Kendaraan Bermotor bertanggung jawab memproses setiap penjualan. Hasil analisis Skripsi Minor ini pada prosedur penjualan tidak terlaksana sebagaimana mestinya sehingga arus kerja tidak lancar. Dalam prosedur, pengiriman motor disertai dengan surat jalan. Tetapi faktanya, pengiriman terkadang tidak dengan surat jalan, sehingga buku service dan buku pedoman tidak dapat diikutsertakan. Hal ini berdampak negative, karena beberapa Konsumen datang ke perusahaan meminta buku service dan buku pedoman. Masalah berikutnya, Admin membuat jurnal penjualan 1 (satu) bulan sekali, sehingga setiap akhir bulan pekerjaan sering menumpuk. Berdasarkan kenyataan tersebut, sebaiknya Admin melakukan proses pencetakan surat jalan setelah Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) melakukan pengecekan motor yang akan dikirim dan telah dipastikan motor tersebut layak kirim dan pembuatan jurnal sebaiknya dilakukan setiap selesai penjualan terjadi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the review of the goods data management system in the storekeeper section at Harris Hotel & Convention Ciumbuleuit Bandung. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with the aim of describing the goods data management system in the storekeeper. Primary data was obtained through the distribution of a questionnaire with a Likert scale to 30 respondents. The results of the study show that the goods data management system at Harris Hotel & Convention Ciumbuleit Bandung, it can be concluded that the implementation of the goods data management system, this system has been implemented well, as evidenced by the average value of 4,345 which shows that the system is running well in facilitating various processes, such as stock monitoring, goods data management, and procurement of goods. The use of this system simplifies the process of managing goods efficiently, reduces recording errors, and speeds up the procurement process. The obstacles faced are that even though this system has run well, there are several obstacles in its implementation, such as data input errors, limited human resources, limited technological infrastructure, difficulties in adapting to system changes, and data security problems. In an effort to overcome the obstacles faced, strategic steps are needed such as providing regular training to system users in order to minimize data input errors, increase and improve the competence of the human resources involved, and strengthen the technology infrastructure with more adequate devices and networks.
