Abstract

Preparing English language teachers should involve more than providing techniques, recipes, and tips.Classroom Action Research (CAR) is useful not only in preparing future teachers but for all teachers to continue togrow and develop as reflective practitioners. This article presents an overview of the components of classroomaction research (selecting an issue, refining the research question, and undertaking data collection, analyzingmultiple forms of data, developing and implementing new instructional strategies, and making the research findingspublic). An example of an action research project on giving feedback on student writing is used to illuminate thesesteps. For teachers to develop their practice after finishing formal preparation, they must be able to question andimprove their teaching practices in response to changing conditions and experiences (Richards & Lockhart, 1994).Not only can action research be integrated into teacher preparation programs so future teachers can try out teachingmethods and approaches, but it is also a useful way for current teachers to investigate issues in their teaching

Abstract

Thematic KKN contains a series of interdisciplinary integrative activities which are packaged strategically to solve problems which are carried out together with the community by playing the community as the main actor and involving other related stakeholders. In this case, students act as motivators in the process of solving problems and building or developing society. The work program that has been prepared is football training. In the soccer training work program, the objects are children around the post and several hamlets. Football training is carried out 4 times in 4 weeks

Abstract

Clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) is a step that must be taken to achieve optimal health for everyone. Healthy conditions do not happen immediately, but efforts must always be made to move from being unhealthy to living a healthy life and creating a healthy environment. This effort must start from instilling a healthy mindset in society which must be started and worked on by oneself. This effort is to realize the highest level of public health as an investment for the development of productive human resources. Meanwhile, public awareness of health and a clean and healthy lifestyle, especially in rural communities, is still very low. For this reason, providing education regarding clean and healthy living behavior is expected to be an effort to make the public aware of the importance of implementing clean and healthy living behavior in everyday life as well as providing knowledge on how to make it happen so that a society that cares about health can be created.

Abstract

Thematic Real Work Lectures (KKN) are KKN whose activity programs focus on certain areas according to social problems and the direction of development policies implemented by certain regional governments. STKIP Darussalam Cilacap organizes a Real Work Lecture program using the thematic method. KKN-T is intended to develop a spirit of empathy and concern for problems that occur in society. work program with the theme "Pencak Silat Training" with the hope of being able to raise awareness of the importance of waste knowledge and how to use it. Apart from that, waste can also boost the school economy, by selling non-organic waste directly or making handicrafts which of course will increase the selling price. For this reason, the author also created a product as a first step, with the hope that the school would develop other products to increase selling prices and as a form of student creativity training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana sinergi antara kurikulum, kemitraan industri, profesionalisme guru, dan pendanaan dapat meningkatkan mutu lulusan di SMKN 1 Buntok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah, guru produktif, siswa kelas XII, alumni, dan mitra industri yang dipilih secara purposive. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis tematik dengan tahapan reduksi, kategorisasi, hingga penarikan tema utama, serta diterapkan triangulasi untuk memastikan validitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum berbasis industri melalui teaching factory telah diterapkan dengan melibatkan lima mitra aktif, kemitraan kerja berjalan aktif untuk praktik kerja lapangan dan penyerapan lulusan, serta pelatihan guru dilakukan secara bertahap dalam bidang digitalisasi dan teaching factory. Namun, tantangan masih ada pada aspek pemerataan pelatihan guru dan keterbatasan alat praktik industri terkini. Pendanaan melalui BOS belum mencukupi kebutuhan pengembangan teknologi pembelajaran, sehingga diperlukan diversifikasi sumber pendanaan dari sektor swasta melalui program CSR. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya perencanaan kolaboratif dan berkelanjutan antara sekolah, industri, dan pemerintah agar strategi peningkatan mutu lulusan dapat terwujud secara optimal dan adaptif terhadap dinamika dunia kerja.
