Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan makna transformasi budaya belajar dalam adat larangan sekolah pada Suku Baduy di Kabupaten Lebak Provinsi Banten. Penelitian menggunakan metode etnografi, diawali dari tahapan observasi, wawancara, dan kajian dokumen.Data-data tersebut dianalisis dengan teknik Spradley terdiri dari analisis domain, analisis taksonomi, analisis komponen, dan analisis tema budaya. Informan penelitian adalah ketua adat, kepala desa, pelaku pendidikan, orang tua murid, dan mahasiswa. Berdasarkan analisis data kualitatif disimpulkan bahwadiperlukan negosiasi untuk mengubah lingkungan organisasi dan transformasi sumber daya manusia, namun adat larangan sekolah tidak boleh diubah. Pemimpin transformasional menerapkan sistem pengendalian budaya belajar berikut: (1) penerimaan peserta didik dengan manajemen tertutup; (2) pergi ke sekolah dengan penyamaran dan bersembunyi; dan (3) kegiatan pendidikan dipusatkan di perbatasan tanah ulayat. Dengan demikian motivasi belajar dapat dioptimalkan dan inovasi budaya belajar dapat diterima pemuka adat.

Abstract

Abstract

The research objective to acknowledge about meaning of transformation in the management of Baduy tribe learning culture which until now apply customary law of school prohibition. Research using ethnography methodology with some techniques, such as observation, interview, and document review. The data were analyzed by Spradley technique consisting of domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, component analysis, and cultural theme analysis. The research sources were tribe leaders, village leaders, educators, parents, and students. Based on qualitative data analysis, the result research has concluded that negotiation is needed to change the organizational environment and develop human resources, but customary school restrictions should not be changed. Transformational leaders apply the following learning culture control systems with close management registration, learning or schooling secretly, and educational activities centered on the borders of Ulayat lands. Thus conditions could be accepted by tribe leaders.

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to analyze the implementation of E-participation in public policy in Indonesia with a focus on the potential, challenges, and impacts on the quality of public policy. E-participation as a policy-making process that involves public participation facilitated by digital technology has been implemented through various platforms such as LAPOR! and E-Musrenbang. This study uses a systematic literature review method of previous studies published between 2014 and 2024 to conduct the analysis. The results of the study indicate that although there has been an increase in the number of public participation through digital platforms, the effectiveness and impact of E-participation are still limited. The main challenges of implementing E-participation include unequal internet access, low levels of digital literacy, and bureaucratic resistance. In addition, coordination between government agencies in managing the E-participation platform is also a significant obstacle. Although E-participation has great potential to increase transparency, accountability, and inclusiveness of public policy, the improvement of policy quality has not been optimal due to the lack of follow-up to public input. To maximize the potential of E-participation, it is necessary to improve digital infrastructure, strengthen digital literacy, and develop more effective and transparent feedback mechanisms in managing public participation. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap implementasi E-participation dalam kebijakan publik di Indonesia dengan fokus pada potensi, tantangan, serta dampaknya terhadap kualitas kebijakan publik. E-participation sebagai proses pembuatan kebijakan yang melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dengan difasilitasi oleh teknologi digital telah diimplementasikan melalui berbagai platform seperti LAPOR! dan E-Musrenbang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review sistematis terhadap studi terdahulu yang telah diterbitkan antara tahun 2014 hingga 2024 untuk melakukan analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, meskipun terjadi peningkatan dalam jumlah partisipasi masyarakat melalui platform digital, efektivitas dan dampak E-participation masih terbatas. Tantangan utama implementasi E-participation meliputi ketidakmerataan akses internet, rendahnya tingkat literasi digital, dan resistensi birokrasi. Selain itu, koordinasi antarinstansi pemerintah dalam mengelola platform E-participation juga menjadi kendala yang signifikan. Meskipun E-participation memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan inklusivitas kebijakan publik, peningkatan kualitas kebijakan belum optimal karena kurangnya tindak lanjut terhadap masukan masyarakat. Untuk memaksimalkan potensi E-participation, diperlukan peningkatan infrastruktur digital, penguatan literasi digital, serta pengembangan mekanisme umpan balik yang lebih efektif dan transparan dalam pengelolaan partisipasi masyarakat.

Abstract

Pemilihan supplier yang tepat berperan penting dalam keberhasilan operasional perusahaan, khususnya di sektor manufaktur seperti PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK) berbasis kriteria objektif, meliputi kualitas, kuantitas, harga, pengiriman, garansi, pengalaman, dan legalitas. SPK ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan objektivitas, transparansi, dan efisiensi dalam proses seleksi supplier. Dengan mengurangi ketergantungan pada metode manual yang subjektif, sistem ini memungkinkan pengelolaan data supplier yang lebih baik dan evaluasi kinerja yang terukur. Hasilnya, keputusan strategis dapat diambil dengan lebih akurat serta mendukung hubungan bisnis yang berkelanjutan dan terpercaya. Selain membantu PT. XYZ, sistem ini juga dapat menjadi referensi bagi perusahaan lain dalam menghadapi tantangan serupa. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan teknologi pengambilan keputusan dan peningkatan daya saing perusahaan di era industri modern.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the connection between hospital performance and customer centricity, focusing on the adoption of Patient-Centered Care (PCC) practices. This study explores how customer-centric approaches influence key performance indicators (KPIs) in healthcare organizations to highlight the benefits of fostering a patient-centered care culture. A mixed-methods approach combines qualitative case studies with quantitative data analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews with patients, administrators, and healthcare providers from selected hospitals. The quantitative aspect involved statistical analysis of financial performance, readmission rates, and patient satisfaction scores. The qualitative component included in-depth interviews capturing the perspectives of those implementing PCC. Findings reveal a significant positive correlation between hospital performance and customer-centric strategies. Hospitals that actively adopted PCC had lower readmission rates, higher satisfaction scores, and better financial outcomes. Qualitative insights further underscore the importance of organizational culture, staff development, and leadership commitment in successful PCC implementation. The research concludes by offering specific strategies healthcare organizations can adopt to enhance customer-centricity and achieve improved performance outcomes.

Abstract

Based on the results of data analysis and processing by researchers at the BPKAD of Serang Regency, there are still weaknesses/shortcomings such as the insufficient number of human resources for a BPKAD in Serang Regency, which has a large responsibility, the low level of employee responsibility, low discipline rates, weak fairness among employees, inadequate job execution, and lack of initiative. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach. According to Sugiyono (2020:16), data collection uses research instruments, and data analysis is quantitative/statistical in nature, with the aim of testing the established hypothesis. Using Variable Operationalisation where Employee Work Ethos (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Employee Performance (Y). The instrument test conducted is using a validity test to acknowledge the research's validity. Based on the explanation in the previous chapter, for this validity test, a questionnaire was distributed to 30 respondents (n30). Thus, based on the product moment table, the critical value (rkritis) obtained is 0.361. With the provision that the instrument is said to be valid if rhitung is greater than rkritis, and if rhitung is less than rkritis, then the instrument is declared invalid. Here are the results of the validity test of the research instruments for Variable X1 (Work Ethos), X2 (Work Discipline), and Variable Y (Employee Performance). BPKAD Serang Regency, although the education level of the ASN is quite high, this has not yet fully reflected in optimal discipline, motivation, and work responsibility. The research results indicate that there are still weaknesses in aspects of work behaviour such as responsibility and discipline that affect the achievement of employee performance targets.
