Abstract

Abstract The aims of this article is to analyze the law of the product agreement "SmartLink Flexi Account Plus" at PT. Allianz Life Indonesia Insurance. Where the product program provides life insurance protection for the insured by having two benefits at once, namely life insurance benefits and investment value. The research method used in this study is a normative juridical research method, carried out by examining primary data obtained/collected directly from related parties, namely the company and customers of PT. Allianz Life Indonesia Insurance Jayapura Branch. In this study, two approaches were used, namely the law approach and the case approach. The sources of legal materials in this study are primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Based on the research results obtained, the life insurance customers "Smartlink Flexi Account Plus" are guaranteed life insurance benefits up to the age of 100 years/for life, additional insurance benefits (riders) and the benefits of an all in onethe life insurance customers "Smartlink Flexi Account Plus" are guaranteed life insurance benefits up to the age of 100 years/for life, additional insurance benefits (riders) and the benefits of an all in one policy investment value. With the implementation of an agreement between the Insurer and the Insured, in which the insurance company or insurer is obliged to pay insurance compensation in the event of insurance risk to the insured and return the investment value formed, the Insured's obligation is to pay a premium. The form of the agreement is written in the insurance policy book.

Abstract

This study observes that the participation of Papuan women in politics is very small to date, even after the government policy regarding women's representation of 30% and changes in cultural and customary perspectives in Papua towards the position of women still have not been able to increase the participation of Papuan women in the ranks of political leadership. , so that the purpose of this research is to describe how the perspective of Papuan women's participation in political leadership is. This study uses qualitative research methods by using literature/library studies that support the results of this study. The framework of this research uses the Longwe analysis approach (Sara Hlupekile Longwe) or commonly referred to as the Women's Empowerment Criteria or Women's Development Criteria, is an analytical approach developed as a method of empowering women with five analytical criteria. include: welfare, access, critical awareness, participation, and control. However, this research will focus on the cultural background and the dimensions of participation. The results of this study found that there was already participation of Papuan women in political leadership, but the number was still small due to external factors, especially the background in the form of an existing culture, and internally in terms of individual motivation who really needed a figure or role model.

Abstract

Pernikahan dini atau perkawinan yang dilakukan sebelum batas usia legal dan kematangan biologis merupakan isu sosial dan kesehatan masyarakat yang mendesak di banyak negara, termasuk Indonesia. Kegiatan pengabdian ini, dilaksakan di SMA IT Ibnu Khaldun Merauke, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi dan kesadaran hukum siswa-siswi mengenai pernikahan dini sebagai ancaman multidimensi, mencakup aspek kesehatan reproduksi, konsekuensi sosial, dan tuntutan moral. Hasil dari diskusi menunjukkan adanya perubahan pandangan yang signifikan di kalangan siswa-siswi, dari sekedar perspektif sosial menjadi kesadaran berbasis bukti mengenai kerentanan fisik dan psikologis mereka. Sehingga dapat di simpulkan bahwa kematangan adalah persyaratan wajib untuk kesehatan dan moral sebelum menikah. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran kritis bahwa pernikahan dini menghambat potensi dan merupakan resiko kesehatan yang tidak dapat ditoleransi. Oleh karena itu, direkomendasikan perlunya integrasi materi ini ke dalam kurikulum sekolah dan perluasan edukasi kepada orang tua dan juga masyarakat.
