Abstract

Tourism can be used as a leading sector in economic development, Banjarnegara has a unique and attractive natural wealth and potential namely the Dieng plateau. The existence of the Dieng plateau tourist attraction has encouraged the interest of tourists visiting both national and foreign tourists, the interest in annual visits has increased but not in accordance with the targets set by the Banjarnegara district. Improvements are still needed on the factors of fulfilling the needs and desires while traveling, and the comfort provided when traveling along with the improvement of the image of distination, quality of service and local wisdom in increasing visitor interest. This study aims to determine the effect of distortion image, service quality and local wisdom both partially and simultaneously on the interest of visiting tourists in Dieng, Banjarnegara Regency.The nature of this research is quantitative, with research variables are destination image, service quality, local wisdom and tourist visiting interests. The population in this study is the tourist attraction of Dieng Banjarnegara, the number of samples according to the Slovin formula is 97.6 rounded up by 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%.The results of the destination image and service quality partially have a positive and significant effect on the interest of visiting tourists in Dieng, Banjarnegara Regency. Local wisdom partially has a positive and insignificant effect on the interest of visiting tourists in Dieng, Banjarnegara Regency. Destination image, service quality and local wisdom simultaneously influence the interest of visiting tourists. The interest of visiting tourists is influenced by destination image, service quality and local wisdom of 59.2%, there are still 40.8%, other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aims of this study are to know the influence of communication, competence, and employees discipline in the Departement of Planning, Research, and Development (BAPERLITBANG) officials’ performance in Banjarnegara toward employess performance. This study guessed that there are two things which influencing employees performance, they are, the lack of the effectively communication and the competence. It is because ideally the employees working in accordance with their competence but in the BAPERLITBANG office in Banjarnegara is still found the empoyees who working not in accordance with their competence. In addition, it is also expected that employees discipline also become the factor to their performance. in this study, the researcher found many problem related to the discipline of the officials. In this study, the method that is used for collecting data is saturated sampling technique and multiple linear regression analysis helped SPSS 16 program used to analyse the data. The result of the study showed that the variable of communication (X1), and competence (X2) do not influence partially to employees competence. But, there is an influence partially of discipline variable (X3) toemployees’ competence. The result of the determination coefficient (30,4%) showed that the ability of independent variables (employees communication, competence, and discipline) in explaining dependent variable (employees performance) are in small percentage and there are still other variables which is not include in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRCT This study analyzes the effect of Digital or online promotional media and viral marketing on purchasing decisions in belanjadolo online shop in Banjarnegara District. The sample used in this study is consumers belanjadolo online shop in Banjarnegara District.This type of research used in this research is associative using quantitative descriptive methods. The data used in this study are primary data. The population in this study is belanjadolo online shop consumers in the Banjarnegara District. The sampling technique in this study uses the slovin formula. Obtained a sample of 82 consumers. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results showed that the variable digital or online promotional media had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Viral marketing has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. Variable Digital or online promotional media and viral marketing together influence on purchasing decisions. This study has limitations, namely the period in this study is relatively short, only 8 months. The influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable in this study amounted to 53.6%. Suggestions for further research is to add a period of research time.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of service quality with price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. STIE Tamansiswa Banjarnegara case study. In this study the independent variable consists of service quality and price, the intervening variable is customer satisfaction and the dependent variable is customer loyalty. The population of this study is 203 the total number of active students of STIE Tamansiswa Banjarnegara. While the sample of this study was 135 respondents. With accidental sampling technique. The type of research data is primer and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results showed that partially the quality of service did not have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Price has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction can mediate a negative relationship between price and customer loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem that occurs in KSPPS BMT Artha Salam Sigaluh branch Of Sigaluh is that performance management has not been carried out optimally as indicated by leadership, motivation and member participation. Cooperative performance management has not been carried out optimally or effectively as expected due to the lack of leadership, motivation and member participation. This researcher aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and member participation partially and simultaneously on performance management, as well as more dominant variables. This research is a quantitative research. The data used in this study are primary data with questionnaires. The population in this study were employees of the cooperative member who receive the remaining results of business (SHU) KSPPS BMT Artha Salam Branch Sigaluh. The sampling technique in this study is to use all member of the cooperative who receive the ramainder of the business (SHU), amounting to 64 respondents. Data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis test there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of leadership, motivation and member participation to performance management. Partially shows no significant effect between the leadership variables on performance management variables. The variable motivation influance to performance management. While the member participation variable influences performance management. The variable that has dominant influence on performance management is member participation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem in this study is the effect of organizational commitment and the application of good governance principles on service quality. This research is located at the Research and Development Planning Agency of Banjarnegara Regency, this study aims to explain the influence of organizational commitment variables and the application of good governance principles in a passive and simultaneous way on service quality. This research is a quantitative research. The data used in this study is primary data with a questionnaire technique. The population in this study are people who carry out research permits and data request permits in the Research, Development and Planning Program. The sampling technique in this study is to use the slovin calculation and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24 software. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational commitment variable has no effect on service quality and the variable application of the principles of good governance has a positive and significant effect on service quality. Meanwhile, simultaneously organizational commitment and the application of good governance principles affect service quality.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Tourism villages in Indonesia are currently experiencing fairly rapid development. Data from the BPS recorded that there were 1302 tourist villages in 2014, and this number increased to 1734 tourist villages in 2018. The Village Fund is basically to improve people's welfare, by 1) creating jobs, 2) overcoming inequality, and 3) alleviating poverty. In its use, the Village Fund is the authority of the Village, is participatory and through self-management based on village resources is utilized in accordance with the village typology. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of social media, accessibility, facilities, tourism events, and tourist attractions on the interest of tourists visiting Pagak Tourism Village, Banjarnegara. The type of research in this study is to collect data using a questionnaire. The population used in this study were visitors who came to Pagak Tourism Village, Banjarnegara, using a sample of 100 respondents in this study. The sampling method in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The results of the research show that Social Media, Accessibility, Facilities, Tourism Events, and Tourist Attractions have a positive effect on Tourist Visiting Interest in Pagak Tourism Village, Banjarnegara. Abstract

Tourism has a crucial role in the development of the country and has an impact on Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD) for local governments. Banjarnegara which is one of the areas in Central Java has one of the top tourist attractions, namely PD. TRM. Serulingmas. Therefore, it takes a strategy to develop it so that it can grow and increase the interest of tourists to visit. This study aims to determine the Effect of Destination Image and Service Quality on Tourist Visiting Decisions Through Visiting Interests as Intervening Variables. The population in this study were all visitors to PD. TRM. Serulingmas. The samples used in this study were 110 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique through a purposive sampling approach. Methods of data collection using documentation and questionnaires. Instrument testing is done by testing the validity and reliability test. Data analysis used SPSS 24. The results showed that the destination image and service quality influenced the decision to visit tourists through visiting interest as an intervening variable. The conclusion of this study tourists can enjoy the natural beauty and facilities in PD. TRM Serulingmas comfortably so that it can maintain an impression for visitors. The quality of service provided by the manager or company that is consistent with the expectations of customers or visitors can influence tourists so that visitors come again.
