Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi dengan adanya fenomena perkembangan pelaku industri hijab fashion yang sedang marak tiga tahun belakangan ini yang menjadi sebuah gaya hidup dan trend. Pada penelitian ini mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai perempuan muslimah yang menggunakan hijab premium di kalangan masyarkat urban yang dikenal dengan sebutan BSLady sebagai pencinta dari hijab dengan brand Buttonscarves. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian yakni melalui metode wawancara dan observasi ke tiga toko Buttonscarves di Jakarta seperti Plaza Indonesia, FX serta Senayan City sebagai lokasi penelitian. Peneliti dibantu oleh tujuh informan sebagai sumber informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Buttonscarves mengusung signature luxurious scarves dengan memberikan value added lifestyle/prestige yang menerapkan lifestyle marketing. Memiliki club pecinta Buttonscarves dengan sebutan BSLady, serta memilih lokasi toko yang selektif yang terletak di mall-mall besar di setiap kota besar di Indonesia dan Malaysia, melakukan kolaborasi dengan para selebgram serta dengan BUMN maskapai penerbangan Garuda Indonesia pada musim mudik lebaran 2022.

Abstract

Banking institutions play a crucial role in the economy by enabling resource allocation and credit provision, with Bank Indonesia focusing on monetary stability. This study explores how digital banking services affect customer loyalty at PT Bank Central Asia (BCA). A quantitative approach was adopted, utilizing SPSS Statistics 23 for data analysis from a sample of 100 BCA customers using digital banking services. The findings reveal that digital banking services significantly and positively impact customer loyalty, both individually and simultaneously. This research emphasizes the importance of efficient digital banking services in maintaining customer loyalty.

Abstract

Today's Muslims are Muslims who are very digital literate, have global insight and broad language skills, as well as have a deeply rooted Islamic identity with a sense of pride in Islamic traditions with local characteristics. In consuming halal products, the Muslim lifestyle nowadays pays close attention to the halal logo that is in every intake of food and drink that enters the body so that they have no doubt in consuming it. Tip Top Supermarket is a retail with an Islamic concept that offers all food and beverages with a halal logo. Indicators of lifestyle, namely activity, are the biggest factor for Muslims today in shopping for halal products. The research method used is descriptive quantitative by conducting surveys and distributing questionnaires to Tip Top Supermarket customers.Keywords : Muslim Zaman Now, Lifestyle, Halal
