Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the competence of the Islamis Studies (PAI) teacher at SDI Tebuireng, Kesamben. The results obtained from this research are; 1. PAI Teachers’ soft skills in SDI Tebuireng Ir. Soedigno Kesamben is very good, that consist of communication skills, time management skill, flexibility in carrying out work and responsibilities, emotion management skill, giving motivation skills, team-working skills, having ethics and morals, polite in appearance, having SQ spiritual skills, self-developing and tolerating. 2. Making efforts to strengthen PAI teachers’ soft skills at SDI Tebuireng Ir. Soedigno Kesamben that are teacher planning system, (which includes religious exams, personality psychology exams, professional examinations and practice exams), teacher-apprenticeship programs, the Quran science skill upgrading, teacher’s character upgrading, the ‘wise week’ program, students’ home visit, conducting Friday pahing prayer, rolling leadership and coffee break. It it is suggested for teachers to always develope their soft skills by reading a lot of literature and also reminding one another

Abstract

Liberalism ideology allows a person to achieve and decide his own future. If Islamic education fails to lead people to insan kamil, then the formulation of the problem in this study is how is the ideology of liberalism as the basic concept of Islamic education? The ideology of liberalism as a basic concept of Islamic education expects to make choices that are identified in line with Islamic education, so that the planned goals of Islamic education are achieved.

Abstract

Prestasi merupakan keberhasilan usaha yang sudah dicapai oleh seseorang untuk memperoleh pengalaman belajar atau mempelajari sesuatu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pembiasaan disiplin dan pengembangan potensi siswa dalam membentuk generasi emas di SMAN 1 Bangsal Mojokerto. Melalui penerapan strategi pendidikan yang mengedepankan disiplin serta berbagai program yang dirancang untuk menggali dan mengembangkan potensi siswa, sekolah ini berupaya mencetak siswa yang berprestasi secara akademik maupun non-akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiasaan disiplin dan dukungan pengembangan potensi siswa secara konsisten telah berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pencapaian prestasi siswa. Selain itu, keterlibatan guru, orang tua dan lingkungan sekolah dalam membentuk karakter dan kemampuan siswa memainkan peran penting dalam memciptakan generasi emas yang siap bersaing dimasa depan. Achievement is the success of efforts that have been achieved by someone to gain learning experience or learn something. This research aims to analyze the role of discipline and development of student potential in forming a golden generation at SMAN 1 Bangsal Mojokerto. Through the implementation of educational strategies that prioritize discipline and various programs designed to explore and develop student potential, this school strives to produce students who excel academically and non-academicly. This research uses a qualitative approach with observation, interviews and documentation methods. The research results show that the habit of discipline and support for the development of student potential has consistently contributed significantly to student achievement. In addition, the involvement of teachers, parents and the school environment in shaping students' character and abilities plays an important role in creating a golden generation that is ready to compete in the future
