Abstract

Broiler chicken is one of the poultry commodities that has a very fast growth rate and high productivity, especially in producing chicken meat. In the broiler chicken partnership business, large companies provide inputs such as DOC, feed and medicines. The farmer provides a cage and equipment as well as labor for raising the chickens until harvest. This study aims to determine the level of farmer satisfaction in the broiler partnership system at PT. Evaria Farm. The research location was in Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi Province, which was carried out from December 2020 to January 2021. The type of research used was descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study were 28 partner breeders. The data were collected through interviews with the help of a questionnaire. The data analysis used in this research is the Imfortance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results showed an average level of performance analysis (IPA) was 4.30 and an interest rating of 4.98 with an average level of suitability of 86.35 and a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of 86.04, meaning that the level of farmer satisfaction in the partnership system as a whole are on the criteria very satisfied

Abstract

Nunukan district has resources and strategic position that should be managed efficiently. One of the few things that need to be prepared to achieve the efficiency is to plan and manage the spatial appropriately. Nunukan Regency has set the agricultural area, however it is still global, zoning of beef cattle livestock sub-sector is not markedly available. Determination of the suitability of the development region was undertaken with a study of agro-ecological condition, analysis of potential of natural resources, human resources, contributing factors, and the region designation. This study aims to provide an overview of how to analyze the suitability of region for beef cattle development, direction of development and program orientation in beef cattle development based on secondary data on the islands of Nunukan and Sebatik. The level of regional suitability was expressed relatively between districts. Determination of classes conducted by the method of scoring and weighting refers to a method of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and directorate general of animal husbandry with modifications according to the field conditions. The result showed that Nunukan district is the highest priority for the development of beef cattle, so an acceleration for development is needed, districts of South Nunukan and Sebatik are in medium category with an orientation program in the form of training, while the other regions of Sebatik are in the low category with an orientation program in the form of beef cattle farm development.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bone merupakan kabupaten dengan jumlah populasi ternak sapi potong terbanyak di Indonesia, dalam RPJMD kabupaten Bone target populasi ternak sapi potong sebesar 536.664 ekor pada tahun 2018, tetapi selama ini perencanaan target populasi kedepannya realisasinya kadang terlalu rendah dan kadang terlalu tinggi dari target capaian yang ditentukan. Sehingga untuk mendapatkan data target yang akurat maka diperlukean pendekatan peramalan dari berbagai data tentang populasi ternak sapi potong di Kabupaten Bone. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui prediksi perkembangan populasi ternak sapi potong di Kabupaten Bone 4 tahun yang akan datang (2018-2021). Analisa data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode peramalan dekomposisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peramalan populasi ternak sapi potong di Kabupaten Bone cukup memuaskan meskipun target yang ditetapkan oleh Dinas Peternakan Kabupaten Bone pada tahun 2018 diprediksi belum tercapai dalam kurun waktu 4 tahun (2018-2021), Kabupaten Bone mengalami peningkatan populasi ternak sapi potong yang signifikan dan berfluktuatif.
