<![CDATA[Abstract : This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of students of class XI Accountancy 4 SMK Negri 3 Pontianak in social studies learning model economy using Student Teams-Achievement Divisions (STAD). Forms of research was classroom action research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of the planning, implementation, observation and reflection. To obtain data on student learning outcomes drawn from the data daily tests in cycle I and cycle II. While the learning process data taken with the teacher and student teacher and student observation sheet. Furthermore, to compare the number of values ??in the first cycle of 2999 ??and the second cycle of 3294, while the average value of the acquisition cycle of 74.97 and 82.37 the second cycle. The conclusions in this study that the use of models of learning Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) can improve student learning outcomes XI Accounting 4 SMK Negri 3 Pontianak. Keywords : learning models Student Teams-Achievement Divisions (STAD) Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Akuntansi 4 SMK Negri 3 Pontianak pada mata pelajaran IPS ekonomi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD). Bentuk penelitiannya adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, yang setiap siklusnya terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Untuk memperoleh data tentang hasil belajar siswa diambil dari data ulangan harian di siklus I dan siklus II. Sedangkan data proses pembelajaran guru dan siswa diambil dengan lembar observasi guru dan siswa. Selanjutnya untuk membandingkan jumlah nilai pada siklus I sebesar 2999 dan siklus II sebesar 3294 sedangkan perolehan rata-rata nilai siklus I sebesar 74,97 dan siklus II 82,37. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Akuntansi 4 SMK Negri 3 Pontianak.
