Abstract

trategi pembelajaran yang dapat mendorong mahasiswa untuk menelusuri referensi lebih mendalam berdasarkan permasalahan kontekstual salah satunya dengan Info Search berbasis PMR. Tulisan ini membahas efektifitas strategi Info Search berbasis PMR pada mata kuliah Statistika Dasar 2 dengan mengambil 2 kelas untuk penelitian. Kelas pertama menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Info Search berbasis PMR sedangkan kelompok kedua menggunakan metode konvensional. Dari data hasil pre-test, diketahui bahwa 2 kelas sampel mempunyai kemampuan awal yang sama sebelum salah satu kelas menggunakan strategi Info Search berbasis PMR. Berdasarkan analisis data nilai post-test diketahui bahwa nilai kelas IVA lebih baik daripada IVB. Ini berarti strategi Info Search berbasis PMR efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman mahasiswa. Kata kunci: Info Search, Pembelajaran Matematika Realistik, efektifitas efektifitas

Abstract

Pada artikel ini akan membahas ada tidaknya efek strategi info search berbasis pembelajaranmatematika realistik (PMR) ditinjau dari kecerdasan interpersonal mahasiswa.Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan metode metode angket dan metode tes. Teknikanalisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis variansi dua arah.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data post-test, secara umum strategi info search berbasis PMR memberikanefek yang lebih baik terhadap prestasi belajar dibandingkan pendekatan konvensional. Namun jika ditinjau daritingkat kecerdasan interpersonal mahasiswa, strategi info search berbasis PMR lebih baik jika dikenakan padamahasiswa dengan tingkat kecerdasan interpersonal tinggi dan sedang. Pada tingkat kecerdasan interpersonalrendah, strategi info search berbasis PMR dan pendekatan konvensional memberikan efek yang sama. Sedangkankecerdasan interpersonal secara umum memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar. Mahasiswa dengankecerdasan interpersonal tinggi lebih baik prestasinya dibandingkan mahasiswa dengan kecerdasan interpersonalsedang atau rendah. Sedangkan tingkat kecerdasan interpersonal sedang dan rendah memberikan efek yangsama terhadap restasi belajar. Akan tetapi, jika ditinjau secara khusus pada strategi info search berbasis PMR,menggunakan strategi info search berbasis PMR, mahasiswa yang memiliki tingkat kecerdasan interpersonaltinggi lebih baik prestasinya dibandingkan mahasiswa yang memiliki tingkat kecerdasan sedang dan mahasiswayang memiliki tingkat kecerdasan interpersonal sedang lebih baik prestasinya dibandingkan mahasiswa yangmemiliki tingkat kecerdasan rendah.Kata kunci: Info Search, Pembelajaran Matematika Realistik, Kecerdasan Interpersonal

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students' difficulties in working on ellipse problems. Descriptive research with a qualitative approach is the type of this research. Students of the Mathematics Education Study Program at Widya Dharma University, Klaten who are taking the analytical geometry course were selected as the subjects of this study. This study places the role of the researcher as the main instrument and the ellipse test and interview guidelines as supporting instruments. The triangulation method technique by comparing the results of the ellipse test with interviews is used to obtain valid data on the difficulties experienced by students in working on ellipse problems. The three stages of data analysis in this study include data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that students' difficulties in working on ellipse problems include difficulty in conveying reasons for the answers given based on a geometric review and forgetting the formula for lateral recta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students’ representational ability in working on conic section problems. This study is included in case study research using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were students of Widya Dharma University. This study used the primary instrument (researcher) and auxiliary instruments (tests and interview guidelines). The validity of this research data was supported by triangulation techniques that compared the results of the conic section test work with those of the interview. The data analysis stage of this study consisted of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study are presented as a profile of students’ representational ability when working on geometry problems. In ellipse, parabola, and hyperbola problems, writing important information in the problem, not making analogies, and writing incorrect equations. The profile of students’ visual representation ability shows that they are unable to draw sketches of ellipse, parabola, and hyperbola graphs correctly. In ellipse, parabola, and hyperbola questions, the problem is that they do not provide explanatory sentences for each stage of working on the questions.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide teachers with skills to be able to create interactive quizzes using Canva templates and AI Canva through training. The community service team invited Muhammadiyah Plus Middle School, North Klaten, to collaborate in carrying out this activity. The method used in this community service activity was face-to-face training which was held on July 26, 2025. Participants were asked to complete assignments given by the community service team which were collected via Google Drive at the end of the training activity. The results of this training activity were that the training participants were able to create interactive quizzes using templates available in Canva and were able to automatically create interactive quizzes using AI Canva according to the desired prompts according to the subjects they were studying.).
