Abstract

PROFESSIONALISME GURU DAN GLOBALISASI[1](Karakter Guru Professional di Era Global) Mahlail Syakur Sf. Dosen FAI/ Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wahid Hasyim Semarang,dan sekretaris Center for Study on Character and Nation Culture.e-mail: syakur_cahkudus@yahoo.co.id  Abstrak Guru adalah bagian dari kesadaran sejarah pendidikan di dunia. Guru dalam menjalankan tugas dituntut untuk bekerja secara professional. Oleh karena itu guru harus terampil dan menyadari bahwa tugasnya merupakan profesi yang harus dipertanggungjawabkan. Maka setiap guru tetap memerankan professionalisme dalam tugas pokoknya di tengah arus globalisasi. Globalisasi tidak dapat dihindari tetapi wajib dihadapi. Oleh karena itu guru harus siap menghadapinya dengan professionalisme. Guru yang professional adalah orang yang mempunyai kelengkapan kompetensi hingga mampu bekerja dan bertanggungjawab. Agar proses pendidikan berjalan dengan baik dan menghasilkan produk yang baik pula maka professionalisme guru harus ditingkatkan melalui proses pengajaran, pembelajaran, maupun pendidikan, sehingga output yang menjadi harapan masyarakat dapat terwujud.Kata kunci: professionalism guru, globalisasi.[1] Makalah disampaikan pada Seminar Nasional “Profesionalisme Guru dalam Prespektif Global” yang diselenggarakan oleh Universitas Veteran Bangun Nusantara Sukoharjo dalam rangka Dies Natalis ke XLIV, pada tanggal 17 Maret 2012.

Abstract

This study is the result of qualitative research on verses of the Qur'an through library research. This study aims to determine the concept of utterance of hatred in the Qur'an, its narrative form, and the response of the Qur'an to the behavior of hate speech. The object is the verses of the Qur'an which contain narratives of hate speech and the verses that respond to them. The main source is al-Qur`an. The method of analysis uses the interpretation of tahliliy to conclude that 28 verses of the Koran show hate speech in the form of euphemism, 23 verses show the form of hate speech dysphemism, 8 verses show the form of hate speech labeling, and 7 verses show hate speech in the form of stereotypes.

Abstract

AbstrakAl-Qur`ân merupakan kitab yang berfungsi sebagai manhaj beragama sekaligus merupakan mu’jizat terbesar dan kekal. Al-Qur`ân dengan jaminan autentisitasnya menyajikan segala informasi yang mempuyai persesuaian dengan hasil sains modern yang mengandung pernyataan ilmiah kepada siapa pun. Termasuk di dalamnya dasar dan sumber seluruh ilmu pengetahuan dan pendidikan. Al-Qur`ân adalah dasar bagi pendidikan karena berisi berbagai argument (hujjah) sebagaimana tersirat dalam Surah an-Nisâ`: 59 dan 80, al-Mâ`idah: 92, dan al-Anfâl: 20 dan 46. Dan al-Qur`an adalah sumber utama (primeir resource) bagi pendidikan yang dilengkapi dengan fitur-fitur kependidikan (kull shay`) guna membentuk masyarakat yang rabbani. Fungsi ini tersirat dalam surat an-Nahl: 89, al-‘Alaq: 1 dan 3, an-Nahl: 43, Ali ’Imran: 79, dan al-Maidah: 101.Kata Kunci : al-Qur`ân, dasar pendidikan, sumber pendidikan AbstractThe Qur'ân is a book that serves as a religious manhaj and as well as the greatest and everlasting miracle. The Qur'ân with the assurance of authenticity presents all information which is in conformity with the results of modern science containing scientific statements to anyone. It includes the foundation and source of all science and education. The Qur'ân is the basis for education because it contains various arguments (hujjah) as implied in Surah an-Nisâ`: 59 and 80, al-Mâ`idah: 92, and al-Anfâl: 20 and 46. And the Qur'an is the primeir resource for education equipped with educational features (kull shay`) in order to form a rabbani society. Abstract

Islam as a part of the social system comes with a mission as rahmah lil-‘alamin to take part in nation-building. On the other sides Indonesia is a multicultural country where Islam is one of the subsystems. Therefore, Islam should be introduced as the potential for an inclusive, democratic and pluralist. Sunan Kudus spreads Islam by way of acculturation traditions and local culture because at that time the majority of the population is Hindu Holy.This research includes the study of literature (library research) using the method of documentation and descriptive. Descriptive method is used to describe all of the information about the fatwa Sunan Kudus and his background. The researcher also used a historical approach to photographing the events of the past time.There are two findings in this study, namely: (1) Prohibition of slaughtering cows that produce discourse that the Kudus people have high awareness for religious tolerance when Islam was come to Kudus, (2) Character education in banning slaughter cows produced a discourse that architecture of Mosque and Kudus Minaret and fatwa "Prohibition of slaughtering cows" contains the educational value of inter-religious tolerance.Methods and strategies of propaganda Sunan Kudus conceived a view to educating the Muslim community in order to have a noble character, are willing to respect and appreciate the confidence the Hindu community who believed that the cow is considered sacred animals.
