Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan, sistem pembelajaran selalu memerlukan adanya inovasi dalam rangka mencetak lulusan yang berkualitas. Hal ini sangat diperlukan mengingat tuntutan dunia industri akan kualitas lulusan semakin tinggi. Kebutuhan ini menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan sistem pembelajaran karena spesifikasi yang dibutuhkan dunia industri tidak hanya berkutat pada kemampuan kognitif semata, tetapi mulai lebih banyak mengarah pada kemampuan non kognitif seperti kemampuan komunikasi, kerja sama, kepemimpinan , profesionalisme, dan kewirausahaan.Tujuan Pembelajaran : (a) Terbentuknya struktur mekanisme pembelajaran inovatif yang melibatkan dunia pendidikan dan steakholders, yang dapat digerakan untuk semua bidang studi (b) Terbentuknya cara pengkayaan pembelajaran, berupa kepemimpinan dan kewirausahaan yang professional dengan sinergi antar bidang, yang terdokumen dan dapat dilaksanakan (c) Terselesaikannya beberapa persoalan , khususnya teknologi, yang dihadapi industri yang berarti pula peningkatan kualitas darma pengabdian masyarakat perguruan tinggi terhadap industri.Ada empat sasaran yang terutama terkait dengan proses pembelajaran yang akan dicapai dalam kegiatan ini yaitu : (1) Profesionalisme (2) Kepemimpinan (3) Kewirausahaan

Abstract

Being able to choose healthy food is the most important part of our latest lifestyle such as choosing hydroponic vegetables. PT Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisatajaya Batu is the main producer of pesticide free vegetables and fruit (hydroponic) which has promising prospect in its venture unit. Therefore we should organize reviewing toward effectiveness of sales volume. Within marketing there is a mix (marketing mix) which is part of marketing strategy consist of product, price, promotion, and distribution (place) within its marketing plan.To answer those questions author would like to offer hypothesis as follows: Sales Volume Effectiveness for Hydroponic Vegetables Affected by Marketing Mix at PT. Kusuma Dinasaari Wisatajaya Batu. Study method used in this paper is Descriptive Statistic Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.Based on the method used in this study it is known that marketing mix implemented by PT. Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisatajaya Batu is quite effective, this is showed by each value of independent variables regression coefficient that is production cost (X1) 0,596, price pricing (X2) 10291,265; promotion cost (X3) 9,668 and distribution cost (X4) 3,358. It means that chosen variables has significant affect toward sales volume

Abstract

PT. Cool Clean represent one of the factory which producing wet tissue which located in Unlucky region, in running its out for to effort always improve sale along with more and more competitor him offering product of a kind resulting degradation of sale volume.To be able to improve sale hence needing the existence of research that PT. Cool Clean have constraints faced, to increase sale volume by propagating kuesioner. So that for tight facing of emulation him in this effort, hence needed of the research by using strategy of STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) utilize tight facing of the emulation.The method wich used is strategy of STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) by using program of SPSS Version 12.00 For Windows in analysis of Cluster for selected by Segmenting is the first segment that is: old fellow circle, wiraswasta, owning production of Rp. 1.001.000,00 to Rp. 1.500.000,00, usefull, the midle of enough using, using by the time of weeding party, and give positive comments to the product. At the analysis of the Targeting which used by method analyse market compartment one of them market segment. Result of Positioning with method of Image Analysis Model got by product position pursuant to target market that is: quality of product enough with quality, desain enough draw, cheap product price, and usefulness enough good for.
