Abstract

The issue of integrity and accountability has recently been increasingly discussed with the demands of the community for the importance of quality education, in accordance with the provisions in SBM. Integrity is acting consistently in accordance with organizational values ??and policies as well as professional code of ethics, even in circumstances that are difficult to do, "only words with deeds". its function is as the Cognitive Function of Integrity which includes moral intelligence and self insight. While self insight itself includes self knowledge and self reflection. Means, integrity functions to change one's moral or character which then pushes him to have broad knowledge. Affective functions of integrity which include conscience and self regard. Accountability is an obligation to provide accountability and explain the performance and actions of the organization's organizers to those who have the right or obligation to request information or accountability. The smaller the participation of stakeholders in the management of schools, the lower the accountability of schools. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) confirms the general consensus that good governance is based on 4 pillars namely; accountability, transparency, predictability and participation.

Abstract

Learning by Student Facilitator And Explaining Method influences the learning achievement of students. Student Facilitator And Explaining is a series of learning activities beginning with teacher delivering the material by demonstration, then students are given opportunity to explain back to other students using other forms, such as charts, maps or concepts. Implementation of learning with this technique invites students to participate actively in learning. Students observe the material through demonstration. Students note important things that are demonstrated by the teacher, make conclusions. Furthermore, students also make a chart of the teacher's explanation as material to explain back to other students. The learning process with this technique students can increase activity, motivation, and creative thinking that makes learning more interesting and enjoyable. Students are not only as learning objects, but also as subjects who understand concepts through observation, discovering, and constructing the concepts owned by students with newly acquired concepts so that their learning achievement increases. Learning achievement achieved by someone is the result of interaction various factors that influence both internal and environmental factors.

Abstract

The child's psyche and personality are very important for self-understanding and give understanding to others outside of us, because the impressions of childhood are very influential on the formation of our attitude and outlook on life, whether projected in the present or in the future. Even if the attitude of trying his best to forget it in adulthood and old age, but the child's world still puts a strong stamp on his personality. In modern society, the position and approach of psychology can be said to be an effective means for the success of the goals of the learning to which it aspires, both individually and as a social group. The active learning strategy is a teaching and learning strategy that aims to improve the quality of education, and to achieve student involvement effectively and efficiently in the need for integrated, balanced, and sustainable engagement learning between media, methods, teachers and students. Among these methods are directing to the optimal type of learning interaction, demanding various types of student activities, teaching and learning resources that are in accordance with the goals to be achieved, using multi methods, using multi-media that vary, directing to multi-learning resources, Active learning strategies have a positive impact including students being motivated, the level of student activity in the teaching and learning process

Abstract

The position of character in Islamic education is seen as very important, because character is the practice of knowledge, character is also seen as an effective medium for receiving divine nurses and a means of seeking useful knowledge. Based on these problems, this research emerged. This research is based on library research, with descriptive analysis method. The concept of character education in children globally and the concept of character education in children in the perspective of Washoya Al Abaa 'Lil Abnaa'. Starting from the findings of this study, there are few suggestions that the education process is built on the basis of character and character education. kindness from a student and sincere love from an educator. The educational process can be conveyed in a good manner. There are 18 values ??of character education that come from religion, Pancasila, culture, and the goals of national education, namely: Religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, curiosity, national spirit, love for the country, respect for achievement, friendly or communicative, love peace, love to read, care about the environment, care about social, responsibility. In general, there are five character education methods that teach conceptual understanding, modeling, determining priorities, priority practice, reflection. While the character education method in the Washoya Al-Abaa book 'Lil Abnaa' can be concluded as a discussion method, memorization method, advice method (mau'izhah), habituation method, story method, exemplary method, dialogue method, targhib wa tahdib method, targhib method. wa tahdib.
