Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-management and academic procrastination among students at SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Sindur. The approach used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational model and data analysis techniques with Pearson product moment correlation. Sampling uses a sampling technique, namely probability sampling with proportionate random sampling. Data collection took the form of a self-management questionnaire and an academic procrastination questionnaire. The results of the study show that there is a positive, significant, and quite strong relationship between self-management and academic procrastination, as seen from the Pearson correlation of 0.557 and the sig value of 0.000. H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results of the study in terms of the aspects of the self-management variable found that the indicators of student behavior were in the low category, while the academic procrastination variable on the aspect of the time gap between plans and actual performance was in the high category.

Abstract

The problem of this research is based on the low understanding of industrial work practices (prakerin), students do not have the readiness to work both mentally and physically. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of group guidance services in increasing understanding of industrial work practices (prakerin) at Yappika Legok Vocational School. This research uses a pre-experimental quantitative method with a one-group pretest-posttest research design. The sample used was purposive sampling with 10 students from a population of 90. Validity test uses correlation test with product moment. The number of statement items was 25 items, then tested on 31 respondents, 25 valid items were 0 invalid items. Data analysis techniques used the Normality test, Homogeneity test, t test. The results of the research prove that there is an increase in understanding of industrial work practices (prakerin) at Yappika Legok Vocational School, as evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test, namely sig .000 < 0.05, so Ho and Ha are accepted. The conclusion is that there are differences in industrial work practices (prakerin) before and after being given treatment, group guidance services are effective in increasing understanding of industrial work practices (prakerin) at Vocational School Yappika Legok Kab. Tangerang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan memaafkan pada siswa broken home yang ditandai dengan munculnya emosi negatif seperti kemarahan, dendam, dan penarikan diri. Maka perlu diberikan intervensi konseling yang mampu memfasilitasi proses memaafkan dengan cara yang menarik dan bermakna. Media pop up book ini media visual 3 dimensi yang digunakan dalam proses konseling forgiveness melalui narasi, ilustrasi, dan elemen interaktif. Proses forgiveness yang meliputi membalut sakit hati, meredakan kebencian, upaya penyembuhan diri dan berjalan bersama. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Single Subject Research (SSR) dan desain A–B–A. Subjek dalam penelitian sebanyak dua siswa broken home di SMP Negeri 262 Jakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan forgiveness siswa broken home. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa baseline-1 (A) dilakukan sebanyak dua kali, persentase stabilitas 100%, kecenderungan arah meningkat (+). Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan intervensi (B) dilakukan selama enam kali, persentase stabilitas 50%, kecendrungan arah meningkat (+). Selanjutnya kondisi baseline-2 (A) dilakukan sebanyak dua kali, persentase stabilitas 100% kecenderungan arah meningkat (+). Persentase tumpang tindih data sebesar 0% menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan dari intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling forgiveness melaui media pop up book berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan forgiveness siswa broken home.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan usia perkembangan dari kanak-kanak menuju dewasa, pada masa ini remaja dihadapkan dengan berbagai persoalan yang menyebabkan keberhasilan pembentukkan identitas diri remaja untuk menetapkan tujuan hidup yang ia pilih. Remaja yang kebingungan dan penuh kebimbangan dalam membuat konsep diri dapat diartikan sedang mengalami perilaku krisis identitas. Namun perilaku krisis identitas ini merupakan hal yang normal dialami oleh remaja yang sedang mengalami tahapan perkembangan. Perilaku krisis identitas pada remaja merupakan kebimbangan remaja dalam membentuk konsep diri dan identitas diri. Perilaku krisis identitas pada remaja disebabkan oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal merupakan faktor penyebab yang berasal dari dalam diri remaja, sedangkan faktor eksternal merupakan faktor penyebab yang muncul dari luar diri remaja. Pada tahap perkembangan ini, remaja membutuhkan dukungan dan motivasi yang kuat supaya mampu membentuk konsep diri yang kuat pula. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan empat partisipan remaja dalam rentang usia 15-18 tahun yang mengalami perilaku krisis identitas. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, empat partisipan berinisial RFFU, RA, SNF, dan AF mengalami kebimbangan dan kebingungan dalam menetapkan tujuan hidup dan identitas diri partisipan itu sendiri. Partisipan RFFU mengalami krisis identitas yang berkaitan dengan pemilihan keputusan atas diri sendiri, sebab kekangan dari orang tua dan sulit mengekspresikan diri sendiri sebab lingkungan pertemanan. Partisipan RA mengalami krisis identitas yang berkaitan dengan pemilihan pendidikan lanjutan sebab keputusan melanjutkan pendidikan berada pada orang tua. Partisipan SNF mengalami krisis identitas berkaitan dengan kemampuan diri yang belum ditemukan, sebab selalu diatur oleh orang tua. Partisipan AF mengalami krisis identitas yang berkaitan dengan kebimbangan menentukan tujuan hidup sebab harapan orang tua dan lingkungan pertemanan yang tidak sesuai dengan kemampuan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap faktor yang melatarbelakangi para partisipan mengalami perilaku krisis identitas. Dengan metode penelitian kualitatif, studi literatur dan wawancara. Peneliti berharap hasi penelitian ini dapat berguna sebagai bahan literatur dan untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

This study discusses the efforts of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers in instilling the 5S culture (Smile, Greet, Salute, Polite, and Courteous) among students at SMK 3 Perguruan Cikini, South Jakarta. The positive attitudes instilled through school culture play a crucial role in character formation. Although the implementation of the 5S culture in this school has been carried out, observations indicate that some students have not maximally adopted this culture. BK teachers play a strategic role in implementing this program through various strategies, including education, collaboration with other teachers, and positive communication approaches. The results show that while there has been progress, challenges in consistency and program effectiveness still need to be addressed to achieve the desired character formation goals.

Abstract

Lack of understanding about individual counseling services among students often leads to negative perceptions of guidance and counseling (BK) teachers. Some students still view BK teachers as figures of discipline enforcement rather than as supportive facilitators for problem-solving. This study aims to explore students' perceptions of individual counseling services at MAN 6 Jakarta, focusing on three aspects: cognitive, affective, and conative. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method, using data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects of the study included six eighth-grade students, one BK teacher, and one vice principal for curriculum. The results showed that in the cognitive aspect, some students had limited understanding of the purpose of individual counseling and still associated the BK room with punishment. In the affective aspect, students initially felt anxious or nervous when invited to counseling sessions but eventually experienced relief and comfort during the interaction. Regarding the conative aspect, only a few students were willing to seek counseling voluntarily, while most preferred to wait for a summons or would only come when overwhelmed. Meanwhile, the BK teacher perceived the students as open and responsive. This indicates a discrepancy between teacher and student perspectives. The findings conclude that students' perceptions of individual counseling are still influenced by stigma and incomplete understanding. Thus, consistent socialization and a humanistic approach are needed to help students view individual counseling as a safe and supportive space for personal growth and problem resolution.
