Abstract

Abstract  The Conexio Appartements in actual condition are designed using conventional reinforced concrete method and does not have good quality. While in the project also often afected by the weather. The use of precast concrete are having some excellence of them are not affected by the weather, well maintained quality, and earthquake resistant. The connection between the precast elements play an important role in precast buildings to make the buildings resistant to earthquake. This modification is intended to created earthquake resistant precast building  according to SNI 2847:2013 with good quality control. In this study, the building will be modified into 8 floors precast building as planned and reviewed which will be analyzed by ETABS. From the results of the modification according to SNI 1726:2012 and SNI 2847:2013 we obtained, main beam dimension 40x60cm, secondary beam 35x55 cm, column dimension 65x65 cm, overtopping 6 cm for slab and using Splice sleeve grout for column to column connection, lap splices 500mm for beam-column connection, and 30x40cm for concrete consol dimension.Keywords : Precast, Splice Sleeve, Wet Connection.Abstrak Apartemen The Conexio pada kondisi sebenarnya dirancang menggunakan metode konvensional dengan kondisi mutu yang kurang baik. Dalam pelaksanannya, proyek tersebut juga sering terganggu oleh cuaca. Penggunaan beton pracetak memiliki beberapa keunggulan diantaranya pelaksanaannya tidak terpengaruh oleh cuaca, memiliki mutu yang terjaga dan tahan gempa. Sambungan antar elemen pracetak sangat berperan penting dalam bangunan dengan beton pracetak yang tahan gempa sehingga perlu diperhitungkan sesuai dengan peraturan. Modifikasi ini ditujukan untuk menghasilkan gedung dengan pracetak yang tahan gempa sesuai dengan SNI 2847:2013 dengan pengendalian mutu yang baik. Dalam studi ini, gedung tersebut akan dilakukan modifikasi struktur menjadi beton pracetak dengan tinjauan 8 lantai dan analisa dibantu dengan software ETABS. Dari hasil modifikasi yang dilakukan, elemen-elemen pracetak sesuai dengan ketentuan SNI 1726:2012 dan SNI 2847:2013 yaitu meliputi ukuran balok induk 40x60cm, ukuran balok anak 35x55 cm, dengan kolom berdimensi 65x65 cm, tebal overtopping 6 cm pada pelat dan menggunakan Splice sleeve grout pada sambungan kolom, penyambungan balok-kolom dengan panjang penyaluran 500 mm dan penggunaan konsol pada kolom dengan dimensi 30x40cm. Kata kunci  : Beton Pracetak, Splice Sleeve, Sambungan Basah.

Abstract

The implementation of upper structure works in the BPJS Kesehatan Jakarta Pusat building project, using conventional reinforced concrete in the process which requires a long time. However, the needs for constructing a BPJS building service center encourages effective and efficient methods of carrying out structural work in terms of timeliness, practicality, strength, and stability of the structure. Precast reinforced concrete structures as an alternative technology in carrying out structural work have several advantages over conventional reinforced concrete. The main differences are the connection, concrete quality, and erection; significantly related to the cost and time of implementation. This study aims to calculate the connection using the wet connection system, analyze aspects of cost, quality, time, and work implementation of the use of precast reinforced concrete by making comparisons using conventional reinforced concrete in the BPJS Kesehatan Jakarta Pusat building project. This research was conducted by analyzing the method of carrying out structural work on precast concrete. The data needed is in the form of unit yard prices, Standard Operating Procedures for implementing precast concrete works, unit prices for precast concrete products. Data collections are done by direct observation and interview with Project Manager. Calculation of distribution length for precast concrete joints refers to SNI 2847: 2013 while the cost of precast concrete refers to SNI 7832: 2017. The results of the study stated that lap-splice (ld) for the 420 mm beam-beam connection of 228 mm hooks, 320 mm beam of 228 mm hooks, between the plates of 150 mm, columns of 880 mm; the cost decreased 25,43% compared to conventional concrete; precast concrete takes 56 days, 7 days faster or 11,11% compared to conventional concrete. Abstract

Pada penelitian sambungan balok pracetak sederhana dengan sistm double lapsplices middle wet joint pada balok pracetak ini telah dihasilkan suatu perbandingan kekuatan lentur antara balok pracetak dengan sambungan di tengah bentang (middle wet joint) dengan balok konvensional. Metoda pengujian yang diterapkan adalah pembebanan satu titik pada balok di tengah bentang.Dari hasil yang ada terlihat bahwa performa balok pracetak yang disambung di tengah bentang dengan sistim middle wet joint dibandingkan dengan balok konvensional adalah lebih baik, hal itu dibuktikan pada kurva hubungan lendutan-beban antara benda uji konvensional 1 dan benda uji konvensional 2 dengan benda uji pracetak 1 dan benda uji precast 2. Dari kurva yang ada diketahui bahwa benda uji balok pracetak 1 mempunyai lendutan 10 mm pada beban 151,8 KN dan benda uji precast 2 mempunyai lendutan 16 mm pada beban 169,2 KN sedangkan pada benda uji konvensional 1 mempunyai lendutan 47 mm pada beban 145,5 KN dan benda uji 2 mempunyai lendutan 40 mm pada beban 144,7.KN. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa balok precast mempunyai performa yang lebih baik dibandingkan balok konvensional.
