Abstract

Pernikahan merupakan suatu peristiwa yang umumnya dialami oleh setiap individu dalam kehidupannya. Emosi tidak dapat dilepaskan perannya dari segala aktivitas yang dilakukan pada setiap individu, termasuk pada pasangan suami istri, terlebih pada pasangan suami istri yang keduanya sama-sama bekerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh antara regulasi emosi reappraisal terhadap kepuasan pernikahan pada pasangan suami istri dengan p=0,023 dengan nilai α=0,05. Pengaruh yang dihasilkan bersifat searah atau positif dengan besar 0,107 (10,7%). Sedangkan untuk variabel regulasi emosi suppression tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pernikahan (p>α; 0,705>0,05).Kata Kunci: Regulasi Emosi, Kepuasan Pernikahan. Marriage is an event that is generally experienced by each individual. In marriage, people expect to get a decent fulfillment as a couple. Emotions can not be detached of all activities carried out on each individual, including the spouses, especially in working-couples. Results from this study is: reappraisal emotion regulation of marital satisfaction occured in couples with p = 0,023 with value of α = 0.05. The effects produced are unidirectional or positive with 0.107 (10.7%). As for the variable regulation of emotion suppression had no effect on marital satisfaction (p> α; 0.705> 0.05). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job demands on burnout in public special school teachers. There are 126 subjects who were choosen by using the purposive sampling technique. This study uses quantitative method. The data collection technique in this study uses instruments which has been adapted based on from Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and Job Demands-Resources Questionnaire. The hypothesis was tested using the linier regression analysis one predictor. The result shows the score of F count 27,704 > F table 3,94 with significant value 0,000 (p > 0,05). It means, there is significant effect of job demands on burnout in public special school teachers. The effect of job demands on burnout is 18,3 %.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job demands on workplace well-being in public special school teachers. There are 126 subjects of this study who were selected by using the purposive sampling technique. This study uses quantitative method. Data collecting technique used instruments which were adapted by researcher based on The Workplace Well-Being Index and The Job Demands-Resources Questionnaire. The hypothesis was tested using the linear aggression analysis of one predictor. The result of the data analysis showed the score of F count = 32,479 > F table = 3,94 with the score of p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). This means that there is a significant effect of job demands on workplace well-being in public special school teachers and the effect is 20,8%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional regulation on burnout. This study used quantitative method with psychological scale. There are 77 samples of respondents which are honorary teachers of middle down private elementary school with sampling technique is purposive sampling. This study used two adaptation scales that were burnout and emotion regulation scale. The data processing method that used to examine hypothesis were regression analysis one predictor. Based on the result of data analysis, obtained F count > 18,898 > F table 3,98 with p value = 0,000 (p < 0,05). There is the siginificant effect of emotion regulation on burnout in the honorary teachers of middle down private elementary school. From the equation of regression can be interpretated that if emotional regulation increases one unit, burnout will decrease of 0,425.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-regulation to the adjustment. Measurement variable adjustment using a measuring instrument Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire (SACQ) and to the measurement of self-regulation variables using a measuring instrument ie Adolescent Self-Regulatory Inventory (ASRI). Data processing method used in this research is the method of regression analysis. The results of the research conducted is when the adjustment (Y) increases one unit, then the self-regulation variable (X) will be in increments of 0.82. It is concluded that there are positive influence of self-regulation to the adjustment. Variable self-regulation affects adjustment of 10% and the rest influenced by other factors outside of self-regulation.
