Abstract

Perkembangan gadget yang sangat pesat, memberikan dampak dalam interaksi karena anak dengan penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan, aktif dengan dunianya sendiri. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan gadget dengan perkembangan interaksi sosial anak usia pra sekolah.Desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi 47 anak TK Dharma Wanita usia 3-6 tahun di Desa Wirobiting, Sidoarjo. Sampel 32 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Variabel independen yaitu tingkat penggunaan gadget dan variabel dependen yaitu perkembangan interaksi sosial. Yang diukur dengan kuesioner. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji spearman rho α= 0,05.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan gadget jarang 25 responden (78%), dan perkembangan interaksi sosial cukup 16 responden (50%). Responden dengan penggunaan gadget jarang yang memiliki interaksi sosial cukup 16 responden (50%). Hasil uji spearman rho      α= 0,05 didapatkan p = 0,001< 0,05 sehingga sehingga  diterima, artinya ada hubungan penggunaan gadget dengan perkembangan interaksi sosial. Diharapkan orangtua dapat  membatasi durasi dalam menggunakan gadget terhadap anak anak dengan usia pra sekolah (3-6 tahun) maksimal 30 menit dalam satu hari

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of criminal law provisions in Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics and the relevance of substituting fines for imprisonment as stated in Decision Number 17/Pid.Sus/2025/PN Pematangsiantar. The problem studied is how the application of criminal law to narcotics crimes in the decision and the extent to which the substitution of fines for imprisonment is in accordance with the principles of justice and the objectives of punishment. The research method used is normative juridical with a statutory approach and case studies of court decisions. The results of the study indicate that the application of criminal law in the decision has been based on the provisions of the Narcotics Law, however, the implementation of substituting fines for imprisonment still raises debate regarding the effectiveness, proportionality, and justice of punishment. In conclusion, although the judge's decision has a clear legal basis, the substitution of fines for imprisonment needs to be reviewed so as not to reduce the essence of the objectives of punishment which are preventive, repressive, and rehabilitative in narcotics cases.
