Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Teacher's Pedagogical Competence and Student's Learning Motivation in MTs. Mamba'ul Ma’arif Denanyar Jombang. This type of research is quantitative, the data collection is done by observation, interviews, questionnaire and documentary distribution. While analyzing data is done by using Product Moment to find out is there any relationship between Teacher's Pedagogic Competence and Student's Learning Motivation in MTs. Mamba'ul Ma’arif Denanyar Jombang. The results showed that the Pedagogic Competencies of the Teachers possessed on average had good Pedagogic Competencies, for there were various students with low, medium and high learning motivation and there was a significant correlation with the correlation coefficient of 0.444 between the Teacher's Pedagogic Competence and Student's Learning Motivation in MTs. Mamba'ul Ma’arif Denanyar Jombang.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of School Libraries in increasing students 'reading interest and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing students' reading interest. This research is a library research, taking the background of the role of the School Library in increasing students' reading interest. Data collection is carried out through several literature related to the subject matter. Data analysis was carried out by examining all data obtained then in croschek with other data data in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results of the study show that the role of the library is primarily to provide information from various sciences and disciplines. Therefore the role of the library is very central in increasing students' reading interest.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Pedagogical Competence of Teachers in Improving Student Learning Motivation. This research is descriptive qualitative, whose data sources are carried out by library research, namely reviewing some literature related to the subject matter. While the data analysis technique is done by using descriptive analysis, which is to explain all the data about the teacher's pedagogical competence and student learning motivation, then draw a conclusion. The results of the study show that the Pedagogic Competencies that the teacher has can increase student learning motivation. Which means that student learning motivation is largely determined by the role of the teacher who has pedagogical competence.

Abstract

This study aims to find the Effect of Environmental-Based Schools on the Morality of the Environment of Students in MIN Pucangsimo Bandar Kedungmulyo Jombang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the product moment correlation analysis technique. Based on the test results with product moment correlation obtained r = 0.3828703 with db = 52 (n-2). This finding found that there was a very significant correlation between environment-based schools and environmental awareness. Thus Ho (null hypothesis) proposed is rejected and HÉ‘ (alternative hypothesis) is accepted. Which means that there is a Very Significant Positive Effect on the Environment-Based School on the Morality of the Environment of Students in MIN Pucangsimo Bandar Kedungmulyo Jombang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of video media on learning outcomes of aqidah akhlak of class X MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang students. This type of research is quantitative with experimental methods. This experiment used 30 students as a sample from 34 population of class X science students and class X social studies students in the 2020/2021 school year. Collecting data in this study with tests in the form of giving pretest and posttest. Non-test data collection using a questionnaire, observation and documentation. For data analysis, the researcher used normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test (t-test). The results showed that, in the hypothesis test, the determination of tcount was determined by calculating the t-test. From the calculation of the data, the results of the tcount are smaller than ttable, so the null hypothesis (Ho) is accepted, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is no effect of learning video media on students' learning outcomes of aqidah akhlak of class X MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap kompetensi guru dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam. Untuk itu tujuan penelitian adalah (1) untuk mengetahui hakekat guru dalam pendidikan Islam (2) untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompetensi guru dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam. Secara umum penelitian ini mencakup jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian kepustakaan (library research) atau penelitian kepustakaan dengan cara mencari, mengumpulkan, membaca, dan menganalisa buku-buku yang ada kaitannya dengan masalah penelitian.kemudian diolah sesuai dengan kemampuan penulis. Setelah penulis memperoleh rujukan yang relevan kemudian data tersebut disusun, di analisa, sehingga memperoleh kesimpulan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi guru dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam mencakup empat kompetensi yang harus dimiliki seorang guru yakni : (1) kompetensi pedagogik, (2) kompetensi Kepribadian (personal relegius); (2) kompetensi sosial (sosial-relegius); (3) kompetensi profesional (profesional-relegius), Adapun hakekat guru dalam pendidikan Islam, Guru dalam Islam adalah orang yang bertanggung jawab terhadap perkembangan anak didik dengan mengupayakan seluruh potensinya, baik potensi afektif, potensi kognitif, maupun potensi psikomotorik, guru tidak hanya bertugas untuk mengajar yaitu mentransfer ilmu atau menyampaikan materi melainkan juga untuk mendidik yaitu lebih menekankan pada penbentukan pribadi anak dan pembentukan moral atau akhlak mulia anak didiknya.

Abstract

Guru yang memiliki kemampuan profesional sangat di butuhkan. Untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar. Dengan seorang guru yang profesional siswa akan mendapatkan pelajaran dan ilmu, sehingga siswa bisa termotivasi dan tertarik dengan proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Sebaliknya apabila guru tidak memiliki kemampuan profesional, maka akan berdampak negatif dengan hasil belajarnya. Ada satu permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Apakah ada hubungan profesionalisme guru dengan prestasi belajar siswa di Jombang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan profesionalisme guru dengan prestasi belajar siswa di Jombang. Untuk tehnik pengambilan data, peneliti menggunakan beberapa metode antara lain: angket. Setelah semua data terkumpul maka peneliti mulai menganalisa data, penganalisaan data untuk angket hubungan profesionalisme guru dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Sedangkan untuk analisis data statistik digunakan rumus: Prosentase P = Berdasarkan hasil regresi diperoleh r hitung yang menunjukkan angka 0,612 lebih besar dari r tabel dengan angka sebesar 0,254. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan profesionalisme guru dengan prestasi belajar siswa di Jombang

Abstract

This study was aim to determine the relationship between religiosity and democratic parenting with the students’ empathy. The participants of this study were the eighth grade students of MTs Negeri 14 Jombang in the academic year 2019-2020. The data collection tools used in this study were the scale of religiosity, parenting scale and empathy scale that refers to Likert. The assumption test results showed that one of the linearity assumptions of the relationship is not fulfilled, then the data analysis technique which was originally used multiple and partial regression analysis was then replaced with nonparametric correlation analysis of ‘spearman's rho’level. The results of the spearman's rho level correlation between religiosity and empathy obtained rho = 0.327 and sig 0.039 (P <0.05). It means that there was a significant positive relationship between religiosity and empathy for students of class VIII MTsN 14 Jombang. The results of the spearman 's rho correlation between democratic parenting with empathy obtained rho = 0.367 and sig 0.020 (P <0.05) means that there was a significant positive relationship between democratic parenting with students’ empathy of class VIII MTsN 14 Jombang.
