Abstract

Penelitian ini memaparkan tentang perancangan sistem informasi management persediaan barang yang didukung dengan database MySQL dengan bahasa pemprograman PHP. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan pada UD. Yuli Mutiara dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem lama yang digunakan tidak efektif disebabkan proses yang dilakukan memakan waktu dan tempat sehingga membuat kinerja pegawai yang kurang efisien. Setelah dilakukan penelitian pada UD. Yuli Mutiara dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data dengan metode wawancara dan metode lainnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi yang digunakan masih belum optimal. Oleh karena itu dilakukan rancangan desain ouput, desain input, desain file dan aliran program dari sistem yang baru. Hasil dari analisis tersebut diterapkan ke dalam suatu program aplikasi manajemen persediaan barang. Sistem informasi baru yang dirancang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas informasi dan kinerja di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan atau instansi hendaknya mempunyai sebuah rancangan sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang bernilai tinggi dan dapat digunakan dalam proses pemasaran produk yang ada di dalam perusahaan. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan atau kualitas produk pada PT. Niaga Nusa Abadi diperlukan sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi tentang produk yang ada pada perusahaan ini. Sistem pemasaran produk pada PT. Niaga Nusa Abadi masih berupa pemasaran dengan melalui promosi dari mulut ke mulut, sehingga produk yang akan di pasarkan kurang dikenal pada masayarakat. Supaya data lebih akurat lagi, maka di perlukan perkembangan sistem informasi pemasaran produk yang secara komputerisasi. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian, seperti penelitian pendahuluan, pengumpulan data, analisa data, perancangan data, implementasi sistem dan pengujian aplikasi serta hasil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu PT. Niaga Nusa Abadi untuk mendapatkan informasi produk di pasaran dan supaya bias dikenal oleh masyarakat mengenai produk dengan cepat serta meningkatkan kemampuan bersaing dengan pihak lain. PT. Niaga Nusa Abadi harus memanfaatkan sistem informasi pemasaran bebasis web yang mudah diakses dan menjangkau target pasar yang lebih luas serta bisa mendapatkan meningkatkan pelayanan pada pelanggan.

Abstract

Document authenticity is a critical issue in administrative, academic, and legal environments due to the increasing ease of document manipulation using digital technologies. This research focuses on analyzing document authenticity based on digital image processing by utilizing the DAUS approach through texture feature extraction and visual characteristics. The problem addressed in this study is how to effectively distinguish between authentic and manipulated documents using image-based analysis. The proposed approach involves processing scanned or photographed document images to extract texture features and visual cues, such as surface patterns, ink distribution, and structural inconsistencies, which may indicate alterations. These features are then analyzed to identify differences between original and non-original documents. The results of the analysis demonstrate that the combination of texture features and visual characteristics can provide meaningful information for detecting document authenticity. This study concludes that digital image–based analysis using the DAUS approach offers a promising alternative to manual inspection, enabling a more objective and systematic method for document verification. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of reliable document authentication systems in various practical applications.

Abstract

The quality of the meat can be seen from the level of freshness of the meat. The level of freshness of the meat will determine the meat that is suitable for consumption and the meat that is no longer suitable for consumption. There is a lot of public interest in consuming fish and beef, so there are unscrupulous meat sellers who commit fraud by continuing to market meat that is not fresh and even given preservatives so as not to get a loss. Therefore, a system was designed that can detect the level of freshness and formalin in fish and beef. This tool is designed using Arduino Uno, HCHO sensor, MQ 135 sensor, pH sensor,Sensor Ultrasonic, LCD, Buzzer,Water Pump and DC fan. This tool will detect the formalin contained in the meat by using the HCHO sensor if > 1 ppm. Then the ammonia value and pH value were processed using the Fuzzy Logic Tsukamoto method so as to get the level of freshness of the meat

Abstract

The development of information technology in the modern era is currently very rapid and has a significant impact on various aspects of life, including data processing in companies and MSMEs. Data processing that is still carried out traditionally tends to take a long time and has a low level of accuracy and precision. As technology advances, the use of computer-based applications has become a common solution to support data processing and decision-making. The use of computer technology can help improve work efficiency, speed up data processing, and increase the accuracy and precision of the resulting information. OkeStoRen is an MSME engaged in PPOB, selling mobile phone accessories, and various other goods located in Padang City, West Sumatra. In the process of processing transaction data, OkeStoRen still uses traditional methods with paper and pen media, so the recording process is considered ineffective because it requires a long time, has a low level of accuracy, and has a fairly high risk of data loss. Therefore, a computerized data processing system is needed to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and security of transaction data at OkeStoRen..

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has significantly impacted the need for fast, accurate, and relevant information in the business world. Proper use of technology can help companies improve information quality through computerized systems, allowing data to be neatly organized, structured, and securely stored in databases. One technology widely utilized in the business world is the website, which serves not only as an information medium but also as a means of online product sales and promotion. Sales systems that still rely on direct interaction with customers and are centered on specific locations make it difficult for companies to expand their market, increase promotions, and maintain competitiveness amidst a growing number of competitors. Furthermore, limited access to product information, inflexible promotional media, and rising operational costs hinder the sales process. Taltuis Distributor Padang, a mukena distributor in Padang City, is in need of innovation to expand its product promotion and marketing both domestically and internationally. Therefore, a web-based sales and ordering information system was developed to simplify the online product promotion, ordering, and sales process, thereby expanding market reach, improving customer service, and supporting increased company profits

Abstract

Silvia Wedding is a party equipment and music rental business in Pariaman City. The business has been operating for approximately 10 years and offers a variety of services, including Minang traditional wedding stage rentals, event decorations, photography, video shooting, catering, dance services, makeup, and music services. In managing rental and reservation transactions, Silvia Wedding still uses a manual system, recording customer data, party equipment rentals, and music reservations in a ledger. This system creates various problems, such as the risk of recording errors, data loss, and delays in obtaining information regarding the availability of party equipment according to customer schedules. To address these issues, the application of information technology is necessary through the development of a computer-based information system for party equipment rentals and music reservations. This information system is designed to facilitate more effective and efficient transaction management, facilitate owner access to asset availability information, and generate transaction reports quickly and accurately. With this information system, Silvia Wedding is expected to streamline business processes and improve the quality of service to customers.

Abstract

Abstract In the current era of globalization, the development of science and technology continues to advance rapidly. This encourages various changes that are very fast in terms of life and it is undeniable that these changes are felt in everyday life. One of the results of utilizing technological advances is the use of computers, and one of the main supporting factors is because computer users are more effective in the current era of globalization and because of that in this day and age it feels very minimal if a company cannot rely on existing technology. Abstract

Registration and Queuing Number at the puskesmas is one of the important factors for the community that can facilitate the process of health services and obtain more complete and efficient information. However, the registration information and queue number are still manually not using queuing tools or machines, causing long queues and patients taking too long to wait. By designing an information system, it is hoped that it can be received optimally and the development of registration and queue numbers can be planned properly. Based on these problems, it is necessary to build a system that can make it easier to overcome problems in the registration process and queue numbers, it is necessary to build a registration information system and patient queue numbers at the Padang Sibusuk Health Center web-based.
