Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze opportunities, challenges, constraints and efforts of vocational high school or Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) to create graduates especially accounting programs that are able to manage village funds. The object of the study are accounting program students of SMK PGRI 2 Cibinong. Data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data is collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis methods use data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study show that the SMK PGRI 2 Cibinong Bogor aware of the opportunities for SMK graduates of the accounting program to fill the scarcity of skilled human resources to manage village funds. But teachers have less experience in the practice of village fund accounting so that they do not have confidence in  teaching. Other constraints are less discussion of government accounting in the accounting syllabus and the absence of a standard handbook/module for teachers to teach accounting subjects.

Abstract

The effectiveness of using Instagram as a medium of communication is an action to see the extentof effort in communicating through an Instagram in obtaining or producing an effect of achievinga predetermined goal. The study aims to determine how much the level of communicationeffectiveness of the Instagram account @sehatsurabayaku as an information medium for theCovid-19 vaccination of the people of the City of Surabaya by using the theory of CommunicationEffectiveness from Andre Hardjana which consists of 6 indicators, receiver or user, content,timing, media, format and source. Research sampling used the Random Sampling sampletechnique with a total of 100 respondents. The research data was obtained through thedissemination of questionnaires to Instagram followers @sehatsurabayaku. The data analysisused is descriptive quantitative using the SPSS Version 25 program. The results of the studyobtained a percentage result of 86.87%, which is included in the very effective category. So thatshows that the Instagram account @sehatsurabayaku become a very effective media as a mediumfor information on the Covid-19 vaccination of the people of the City of Surabaya.

Abstract

ABSTRAKProgram pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menguatkan pengelolaan keuangan dan tata kelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Rahayu Sejahatera Desa Ciomas Rahayu Kecamatan Ciomas Kabupaten Bogor yang bergerak dalam bidang percetakan dan perdagangan. Metode pelaksanaan adalah melalui pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan desa, termasuk perangkat desa, dan dosen serta mahasiwa FEB Prodi Akuntansi Universitas Pakuan. Program pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemampuan sumber daya manusia pengelola pada aspek keuangan BUMDes. Pengelolaan BUMDes yang baik merupakan salah satu aspek penting penguatan kemandirian masyarakat desa dengan berpijak pada pemanfaatan potensi lokal dalam upaya untuk memecahkan permasalahan masyarakat, terutama aspek perekonomian. Luaran kegiatan ini yaitu Laporan Keuangan BUMDes Rahayu Sejahtera tahun 2021, 2022, dan 2023 untuk dapat mewujudkan pertanggungjawaban pengelolaan keuangan BUMDes Rahayu Sejahtera sesuai dengan standar akuntansi keuangan yang berlaku umum, transparan dan akuntantabel kepada para pemangku kepentingan. ABSTRACTThis community service program aims to strengthen the financial management and governance of Rahayu Sejahatera Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Ciomas Rahayu Village, Ciomas District, Bogor Regency, which operates in the printing and trading sector. The implementation method is through assistance in preparing financial reports involving various village stakeholders, including village officials, lecturers, and students of the FEB Accounting Study Program at Pakuan University. This service program can increase the capacity and ability of human resource managers in the financial aspects of BUMDes. Good management of BUMDes is an important aspect of strengthening the independence of village communities based on utilizing local potential in an effort to solve community problems, especially economic aspects. The output of this activity is the BUMDes Rahayu Sejahtera Financial Report for 2021, 2022 and 2023 to be able to realize accountability for the financial management of BUMDes Rahayu Sejahtera in accordance with generally accepted financial accounting standards, transparent and accountable to stakeholders.
