Abstract

Abstract Political recruitment is one of the functions of the political party that has so much meaning for democratic life. One of the recruitment is done by the political parties are recruiting legislative candidates (candidates). In terms of doing a political recruitment, there are a variety of patterns made ​​by the political parties. In this paper will discuss the pattern of recruitment by the Golkar Party, as we know that the Golkar Party was one that has been able to do well proven recruitment processes of many qualified cadres who once owned by Golkar party. The research we are doing by using interviews we did for one of the members of the selection team and some legislative candidates who have registered in the Provisional List of Candidates (DCS). With this study method there is some information that we get from the research that we do are especially DPD Golkar Golkar Party Central Java Province provides more opportunities for Caon of internal party compared to candidates from outside the party. From the research we did we also know that the recruitment mechanism by Golkar party of the DPP to the extent of the District Council / City has been summarized in a decision of the DPP. Based on the research results and even then we can finally conclude that the pattern of recruitment of candidates is done by DPD Golkar Central Java province is open. Abstract

Implementation of direct local elections intended to further democratize the local elections.
