Abstract

Placement of employees in the right position will help the company to get optimal work results and achieve the expected goals. Apart from the placement of employees, another thing that must be considered by the company in improving job performance is job training for employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between placement and job training with employees performance at PT. Bank Bengkulu. The sample in this study were 87 permanent employees at PT. Bank Bengkulu Central Office, due to all the population in this study were sampled, the census sampling method was used. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and analytical methods with Spearman rank correlation and hypothesis testing. The results showed that Placement has a moderate correlation with employees performance at PT. Bank Bengkulu with a correlation value of 0.491, means that the more precise the placement, the better the work performance of employees at PT. Bank Bengkulu. This result is strengthened by the results of the hypothesis test that tcount is greater than t table (5.196> 1,662). Thus, the hypothesis test results are rejected H01 and Ha1 accepted, meaning that the placement has a significant correlation with employees work performance at PT. Bank Bengkulu. Job training has a strong correlation with employees performance at PT. Bank Bengkulu, with a correlation value of 0.747, means that increasing job training will increase employees performance at PT. Bank Bengkulu. This is reinforced by the results of hypothesis testing known that t count is greater than t table (10.359> 1.662). Thus, the hypothesis test results are H02 rejected and Ha2 accepted, meaning that job training has a significant correlation with employees work performance at PT. Bank Bengkulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine a correlation between product completeness and price with purchasing decisions at Toko Harapan Baru in Manna of South Bengkulu. The samples in this study were 120 customers who purchased goods at Toko Harapan Baru Manna of South Bengkulu. Sampling is done by accidental sampling technique. Data collection methods by using questionnaires and analytical methods used are Spearman rank correlation and hypothesis testing. The results showed that product completeness has a very strong correlation with the purchasing decision at Toko Harapan Baru in Manna with a correlation value of 0.888 is located at coefficient interval of 0.80 – 1.000. Then, the value of prices with purchasing decisions of consumer have a strong correlation is 0.787, and lies in the interval coefficient of 0.60 - 0.799. The results of hypothesis testing of correlation between product completeness with purchasing decision shows that the value of t count is greater than t table (20.999 > 1.658), meaning that product completeness has a significant correlation with the purchasing decision at Toko Harapan Baru in Manna of South Bengkulu. The results of hypothesis testing between prices and purchasing decisions indicate that t count is greater than t table (13,850 > 1,658), meaning that the price has a significant correlation with purchasing decisions of consumer at Toko Harapan Baru in Manna of South Bengkulu.

Abstract

The main purpose of the company in conducting marketing activities is to increase sales results or at least maintain the existing market.This study aims to determine the effect of promotional costs on sales volume at TDM Motor PutriHijau Bengkulu Utara. Based on the results of promotion costs have a positive effect on sales at the TDM Motor Dealers PutriHijau Bengkulu Utara, which is shown by the linier regression equation Y = 85,785,605+ 0.58X, meaning that the ups and downs of promotion costs on the TDM Motor Dialer effect the ups and downs of sales by 0,58, and if the promotion costs are constant, the Beat ESP motorbike at the TDM Motor Dealer is 85,785,605. There is a moderate relathionship between promotion costs and sales of TDM Motor PutriHijau Bengkulu Utara Dealers shown by the value r = 0,56 with the criteria of medium value, because the value of r = 0,56 lies in the interval coefficient of 0,400 – 0,599, determination test vaslue of Kd = 30% meaning that the influence of promotion costs on sales is 30%, while the remaning 69% is influenced by other factors an is a factor not examined in this study. The results of testing the hypothesis are known tcount> t tabel (3.1620>1.71714), then H0 is rejected and accepts H1 or the correlation is significant, meaning that there is a positive and moderate effect between the cost of promotion towards the sale of Beat ESP motorcycles at TDM Motorbike Dealers of PutriHijauBengkuylu Utara.

Abstract

One of the factors that can affect employee performance is organizational culture. Culture provides an identity for organizational members and generates a commitment to beliefs and values greater than itself, besides that organizational commitment also affects performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational culture and commitment on employee performance at Bank Bengkulu Main Branch. The sample in this study was 56 permanent employees at Bank Bengkulu Main Branch. Data collection used a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, test of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show that the results of the regression analysis show Y = 13.026 + 0.193X1 + 0.508 X2, this illustrates a positive direction of regression, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (organizational culture) and X2 (organizational commitment) on the performance (Y) of Bengkulu Bank employees. Main Branch. The value of the coefficient of determination is0.402. This means that organizational culture and organizational commitment have an effect on employees performance at Bank Bengkulu Main Branch by 40.2%, while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables which are not examined in this study. The results of the t test at 0.05 significance level explained that partially organizational culture and organizational commitment had a significant effect on employee performance at Bank Bengkulu Main Branch. The results of F test at 0.05 significance level explain that organizational culture and commitment have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at Bank Bengkulu Main Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out the most dominant factor affecting online purchasing decisions in Rumah Hello Kitty shop of Bengkulu City. The sample in this study was 56 consumers who buy in online in Rumah Hello Kitty shop of Bengkulu City. Sampling is done by accidental sampling technique. The data collection method used is questionnaires and the analytical method used is the analysis scale. The results of this study show that the average perceptions of respondents towards factors affecting online purchasing decisions in Rumah Hello Kitty shop of Bengkulu City are as much as 1,370.5 with the agreed assessment criteria. The meanings of the respondents changed the factors affecting online purchasing decisions in Rumah Hello Kitty shop of Bengkulu City are cultural, social, personal and psychological factors. Personal factors are the most dominant factors affecting online purchasing decisions with a total score of perception of 1,466, in very much agreed criteria. The lowest factor affecting online purchasing decisions in Rumah Hello Kitty shop of Bengkulu City is cultural with a total score of perception of 1,285, with agreed criteria.
