<![CDATA[<p><b>CISTERNOGRAFI PADA CEREBROSPINAL FLUID RHINORRHOE.</b> Tehnik cisternografimerupakan tehnik diagnosa untuk pencintraan fluida cerebrospinal dan telah luas penggunaannya dalam duapuluh tahun terakhir ini. Tehnik ini telah digunakan terhadap pasien dengan kasus adanya massa residifdengan bagian-bagian yang nekrosis atap dinding nasophariynx kiri, sinusitis maxillaries kiri, sinusitisethmoidalis dan sinusitis sphenoidalis kiri berdasarkan pemeriksaan MRI. Dengan menggunakanradiofarmaka <sup>99m</sup>Tc-DTPA dengan dosis 12 mCi yang diinjeksikan secara intravena maka diketahui adanyakebocoran fluida cerebrospinal ke dalam rongga hidung kiri. Setelah dilakukan operasi penutupan kebocorandisarankan dilakukan pemeriksaan ulang dengan cara cisternografi.</p></br></br><p><b>CISTERNOGRAPHY ON THE CEREBROSPINAL FLUID RHINORRHOE.</b> Cisternographyis a diagnostic technique for imaging cerebrospinal fluid and it has been widely used since the last twodecades. We reports here the use of this technique to the patient who has a case of necrotic residue mass onthe upper part of the left nasophariynx wall and also shoeing left sinusitis maxillaries, sinusitis ethmoidalis,and left sinusitis sphenoidalis based on the MRI results. Tc-99m-DTPA radiopharmaceuticals with dose of 12mCi was injected intravenously into the patient and it was found out that there is a leak of cerebrospinal fluidinto the left part of the nose. It is suggested the patient should be reecamined with the cisternography after thesurgery to stop the leak.</p>]]>
