Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat bagihasil dan pendapatan nasional terhadap simpanan mudharabahpada Bank Umum Syariah. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalahtingkat bagi hasil yang diproksikan dengan total bagi hasilsimpanan mudharabah (tabungan dan deposito) dan pendapatannasional yang diproksikan dengan tingkat pertumbuhankemakmuran dari suatu penduduk yang dihitung melaluibarometer Produk Domesti Bruto (PDB). Penelitian inimenggunakan data laporan keuangan 10 dari 11 Bank UmumSyariah yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia periode 2011-2013.Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan pengujian asumsi klasik,analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis, analisiskoefisien korelasi, dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasilpenelitian menggunakan program SPSS seri 21.0 dikethauipersamaa regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa secaraparsial tingkat bagi hasil berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, akantetapi pada variabel pendapatan nasional tidak berpengaruhterhadap simpanan mudharabah. Sedangkan ketika diuji secarasimultan, kedua variabel independen tersebut tingkat bagi hasildan pendapatan nasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadapsimpanan mudharabah.

Coronary heart disease has an impact on patient medication adherence. Family support is one of the secondary prevention programs that is integrated with comprehensive care. It has been proven to be useful and effective in patients with CHD. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and medication adherence in CHD patients at the heart polyclinic of RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. The design of this research is correlational with a cross sectional study approach. The research population was 45 people, the sample was taken using purposive sampling with a sample of 41 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is the Spearman Rank test using SPSS. This study proves high family support as many as 35 respondents (85.4) and has a high level of compliance as many as 36 people mostly (74.1%). Spearman rank test results obtained p value = (0.02) < (0.05). It was concluded that there was a relationship between family support and medication adherence in CHD patients at the heart polyclinic of RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. ABSTRACT Pre-digestive surgery patients have the potential to experience anxiety, to reduce anxiety one of them is needed therapeutic communication, namely communication that is planned and carried out to help healing/praparation of praoperative patients. The reason for this ponder was to analyze how the relationship between nurture restorative communication and uneasiness levels in pra-digestive surgery patients within the Central.Surgical.Establishment Room of RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. This type of research uses quantitative methods, the research design is a cross-sectional study, and the research design uses correlation. The samples in this study were 58 pra-digestive surgery patients and 35 Operating Room nurses in the Central.Surgical.Establishment Room of RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar Malangwho met the inclusion criteria. The questionnaire used by the Zung Self Anxiety Rating Scale (ZSAS) consisted of 20 questions for data collection. From the analysis using the Spearman Rank correlation test, with an error rate of 5%, the results obtained a P value of 0.024 <a (0.05). The relationship between therapeutic communication and anxiety levels of praoperative patients in the Central.Surgical.Establishment Room, RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang is significant. The closeness of the relationship of 0.311 is negative with moderate strength. The way better the therapeutic communication, the lower the anxiety level of pra-digestive surgery patients. Nurses provide praoperative information which is part of therapeutic communication, thus developing a sense of mutual trust in which there is an art of healing in the communication, namely overcoming the anxiety of patients in the Central.Surgical.Establishment Room of RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. It is recommended that the hospital provide therapeutic communication training regularly to nurses. Keywords: Pra Digestive Operation, Therapeutic Communication, Anxiety ABSTRAK Klienpra operasi digestif berpeluang mengalami kecemasan, untuk menurunkannya diperlukan komunikasi terapeutik sebagai salah satu cara, yang direncanakan dan diimplementasikan untuk membantu penyembuhan atau persiapan klienpra operasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana hubungan antara komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan tingkat kecemasan pada klienpra operasi digestif di Ruang Instalasi Bedah Sentral RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan desain penelitian bersifat studi potong lintang (cross sectional), rancangan penelitian menggunakan korelasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah klienpra operasi digestif sebanyak 58 orang dan perawat OK sebanyak 35 orang di Ruang Instalasi.Bedah.SentralRSUD dr Saiful Anwar yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Kuesioner yang digunakan Zung.Self.Anxiety.Rating.Scale (ZSAS) sejumlah 20 pertanyaan untuk pengambilan data. Analisis menggunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman, dengan tingkat kesalahan sebesar 5%, didapatkan hasil p value 0.024<a(0.05). Hubungan antara komunikasi terapeutik dantingkat kecemasan klienpra operatif di Ruang Instalasi Bedah Sentral RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang signifikan. Keeratan hubungan tersebut sebesar 0.311 bersifat negatif berkekuatan sedang, Semakin baik komunikasi terapeutik semakin rendah tingkat kecemasan klienpra operasi digestif. Perawat yang memberikan informasi pra operasi yang merupakan bagian komunikasi terapeutik, sehingga mengembangkan rasa saling percaya yang didalam komunikasi tersebut terdapat seni penyembuhan yaitumengatasi kecemasankliendi Ruang Instalasi Bedah Sentral RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Disarankan pihak Rumah sakit memberikan pelatihan komunikasi terapeutik secara berkala kepada perawat. Kata Kunci: Pra Operasi Digestif, Komunikasi Terapeutik, Kecemasan
