Abstract

Pengaruh kinerja terhadap upah karyawan dalam perspektif ekonomi Islm yang dilakukan oleh CV. Berlian Motor cabang Sambas terhadap upahkaryawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey, dengan menggunakan sumber data primer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner atau angket. Berdasarkan tingkat eksplanasinya, tergolong sebagai penelitian asosiatif atau hubungan, yaitu penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat. Hasil dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner yang diproses dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Stratified Sampe. Uji kualitas data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas person correlation dan uji reabilitas menggunakan Cronback Alpha. Untuk uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini, penelitian menggunakan uji R² yang disesuaikan, uji f dan uji t. Hasil data penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variable upah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,02.

Abstract

This community service activity is in the form of training in Gapoktan management which aims to provide knowledge and insight, especially on human resources (farmers), marketing of agricultural products and financial management so that they can improve the performance and productivity of agricultural products for the economic welfare of the people of Tebas Kuala Village. The target in this activity is the management of Gapoktan and farmer groups in Tebas Kuala Village, totaling 15 people. The training was conducted using lecture and question and answer methods. Community Service Activities can be carried out properly and run smoothly in accordance with the activity plans that have been prepared, although not all participants have mastered the material presented well. This activity received a very good response as evidenced by the active participation of participants in the training until it was completed. This Community Service activity is to provide solutions to the Farmers Group Association (Gapoktan) for the problems it faces. The training that has been carried out is able to increase the knowledge of the trainees. Participants showed an attitude of wanting to change work habits that were less disciplined to be active and enthusiastic. In addition, having the will to create superior products in order to create more benefits, get to know online marketing, know the process of preparing financial reports and adjust the types of financial reports made, recording sales and other costs

Abstract

This research is motivated by indications that the market is one of the efforts to improve the economy, such as selling daily necessities. This effort is expected to enable traders to create better economic conditions than before. Especially in meeting the needs of traders in the market. So that this achievement can be carried out optimally, it is considered necessary to explore the existing potential to be developed further. Based on the results of the study concluded that Pasar Rabu has the potential to increase the economy of Muslim traders in Galing District, Sambas Regency, because it provides satisfaction and the specified target is always achieved. There are supporting factors in the economic improvement in the Wednesday Market, including adequate human resources, well-managed natural resources, the ability to use technology and capital resources smoothly and access to adequate health and security levels are maintained. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of government attention, the unavailability of the infrastructure needed by traders and also the occurrence of inflation.

Abstract

The tourism sector is one of the people's economic potentials that needs to be developed in order to improve community welfare and regional development. This is done thoroughly and evenly so that there is a need for directed and coordinated development. In addition, the concept of tourism includes empowerment efforts, tourism businesses, tourist objects and attractions and various types of tourism businesses. The waterfall which is a tourist attraction is one of the promising economic industrial activities, the existence of a tourist attraction also has an impact on the economy of the surrounding community, with the existence of a tourist attraction in an area with good management it will indirectly open up jobs for the surrounding community in particular. This research, including qualitative research, the data used in the form of primary data which is the result of interviews and observations. Data processing is carried out using Data Reduction techniques, namely summarizing or sorting out the main things, focusing on important things, looking for themes and patterns and removing unnecessary ones, then carrying out the data presentation stage, so that verification can be carried out in the form of a review of the notes. - Record the data obtained. The Banyis Waterfall Tourism Object will provide good potential to be developed and will provide benefits for the people of the Karya Competition Village. However, the lack of public understanding about the development of the Banyis Waterfall tourist attraction will result in not achieving the effectiveness of the planned waterfall tourism development. So it is very necessary for the contributions of related parties in the potential development plan that has been owned by the Village of Karya Competition, especially the potential of Banyis Waterfall.

Abstract

Leadership is a process of influencing other people to achieve desired goals.Organizational behavior is the relationship between individuals and various things as a form of interaction between individuals and groups in achieving organizational goals and effectiveness. Organizational behavior is very influential progress of an organization. Without a leader, the organizational goals that have been set will not be achieved because each member will only move or try to achieve their personal goals. Organizational behavior (PO) is an applied science, so the science of organizational behavior cannot be separated from the influence of behavioral science so that it contributes to several other behavioral sciences. The goals of leadership are to help create a good social climate, help the group in establishing work procedures, help the group to organize itself, make decisions together with the group and give the group the opportunity to learn from experience.
